Hey everyone! Very new here and was looking at available options to buy Tirzepatide here in Europe and the safest option seems to be a EU warehouse like GYC for minimizing the risk of customs problems. They only have T-30 kits available.

If I understood correctly a T-30 kit is 10x30mg of Tirz. Reconstituted with BAC water it should't be kept in the fridge for more than a month. Since the starter dose is 4x2.5mg for the first month and reconstituted with BAC water am I effectively wasting the leftover 20mg after the first month is up? Or am I misunderstanding?

Thanks in advance!

This is correct, a T30 vial would have 12 x 2.5 doses in it. Many people including myself have kept a vial/pen longer than the the 30 days but that is down to individual risk, safe hygiene practices and if it has been kept in the fridge. If you was to titrate up technically in the 30 days you would get 4 x 2.5mg and 1 x 5mg so 15mg would be used in the 30days.

I do my research on a 5 day schedule. Thats 15mg in 30 days at 2.5mg. On the same schedule at 5mg, 30mg in 30 days. Also, I've never had T go bad refrigerated up to 2mo. 😊
That's my experience.

With good BAC water and good hygiene practices, a reconstituted vial will last much longer than 30 days.

Zepbound and Mounjaro are good for like 2 years in the refrigerator. I am sure they use high-quality preservatives and what not, but if they are good for that long, I am sure ours is good for more than a month. Compounding pharmacies often send out multiple months' worth of this stuff at a time.

I started out with a compounding pharmacy and am still kicking myself for throwing out perfectly good and usable vials because I had completed 4 doses of 2.5 and 5 and the compounder didn't respond when I asked "there's a lot more left in the vial - should I still use it?" LOL - could've easily saved $400 - lol - live and learn.....

But... There's nothing wrong with putting your T30s in the freezer and buying T10s to use until you reach a dose where you can use this T30 in a month. We're already saving a ton on grey.
Just my perspective. 🙂

I realize you want to stay local, but you should try CN to get what you need.

Also, like...last I checked, the general consensus is that freezing reconstituted Tirzepatide once is fine. So you filter into a couple of sterile vials, throw the overage in the freezer, and go about your day with what you have.

IDK man, since I'm pretty new I'm going as safe as possible, not really sure what the situation is like in Germany when it comes to these things and if there is potential for any real legal trouble. From what I can tell from this forum the European market is just getting going so I'm sorely missing actual reports of the legal/customs situation for Germany. Kinda sad I missed the SSA german warehouse since they went dark a month ago, that would have been the most risk free option.

I've used a vial of Tirzepatide over a 3 month period before. Kept in the fridge, good sterile technique, yada yada yada. Last shot was as effective as the first, and I didn't get necrotizing fasciitis or sepsis, so it's all about your comfort level.

Can you get necrotizing fasciitis from this??? and how do you get rid of it? antibiotics?

Im pretty sure I kept using my first compounded vial (wiping before and after use and in a sealed container in fridge) for like 3-4 months, since I was micro-dosing. I then used the other that came with it after that!

It was a joke.

ETA: Technically, it's possible from a SQ injection from a highly contaminated source in an immunocompromised person, but nothing to realistically be concerned about.
