My only question would be the NAD+ daily vs a M-W-F routine. Just don’t think I’ve seen any protocols recommending that.

Mots-C 5mg M/W/F
5-Amino-1MQ 40mg daily (7 weeks)
I followed that structure last year. I read somewhere that after the "repair", it might be better to run them together. I did not notice much from Mots-C last time. I'm no longer on SS-31 for now, although I may run another cycle in the future. I also plan on increasing MOTS-c to 10 mg soon. Why? Because I tolerate 5 mg without any side effects, and the longevity protocols generally support higher dosing.
- I started with NAD+ at 25 mg and only recently increased it to 50 mg.
- Then I added SS-31 at 5 mg daily and ran two cycles.
- After that, I added MOTS-c at 5 mg for one cycle, followed by 5-Amino-1MQ at 50 mg.
- Most recently, I added SLU-PP-332 at 1 mg.
What made the biggest difference? SS-31, without question. MOTS-c would be second. I never really feel anything positive from NAD+ on its own. As for 5-Amino-1MQ, I still don't notice anything at 50 mg. Should I increase it to 100 mg? I did a one-hour cardio session today after injecting 50 mg, and my heart rate stayed around 56~67bpm for most of the workout.
SLU-PP-332 is still too early to judge since I've only been on it for a few days, but so far I haven't noticed anything from it either.
Don't forget that it's all Hospira-based.

Sterile water for injection for the 5-amino-1-mq is enough since it's a quaternary ammonium. An antibacterial more potent than BA.
Last summer I felt the most from the SS-31, it really cleared the brain fog. NAD+ was good clean energy, I stopped drinking coffee while on cycle. I wanted to combat the Reta fatigue. This round I just went full bore with the highest concentration vials and bumped the doses and length to finish all kits the same week. Nothing overly complicated, just rippen.I am in week four of this protocol. The only thing I am going to change so far is add the 5 Amino to the last couple weeks. I start the MOTS-c tomorrow
I will be following your progress to see if I want to change anything for when I do it again next year.
