Started my pep research a few days shy of a month ago with Reta, down 11lb so far, 39 more to go. Decided to add GLOW to the routine for three reasons; one, I am 55 (56 in October) and would not look sideways at better skin health; two, I have a pair of nagging swimmer's shoulders that definitely impact my lifestyle and workouts; and three, general reduction in inflammation and recovery so that my increased exercise routine doesn't hurt so much. Today was day one of GLOW, excited to see what results I have.

I started KLOW a while ago, which is like GLOW with the added KPV. I honestly was only taking it to get the benefits of the KPV as I have long covid. After using it for 3-4 weeks, I noticed my skin feels a lot softer. I'm a dude who hikes, so that's not something I would normally be mindful of. But it seems to be true of my legs and my face. So I'm pleasantly surprised I guess.

Had a minor-ish ISR. Low-grade sting throughout the day, woke up with a light red circle around the injection site, no itching, the area doesn't hurt anymore. Decided to test using micro injections by pinning 1/3 in 3 locations in the same area.

Anecdotally (and more than likely pyschosomatically), felt an energy boost for most of the day.

How would you rate your pain from 1 to 10 ?
I just posted my experience with Klow and having almost 0 pain.

Count yourself lucky?!
I'm about to start my research on KLOW now as well so I'm interested in all your reports!

I definitely chose KLOW because the KPV reduced the pain/inflammation/ISR relative to GLOW, but I haven't tried it yet. I have heard that longer needles (e.g. 8mm +) also reduce pain. It also sounds like sometimes after an initial ISR people develop an ongoing reaction to GHK-Cu.

Thats all I use for Sub-Q 8mm needles. I never tried GLOW so I cant say if it is painful.

It's a 2, maybe 3 at worst. No itching, I didn't get the "Brute Enforcer Emeritus sting" ISR that I have heard others report. I will look into the 8mm needles. And will also look at upping the BAC from 3mL to 3.5mL.

Honestly it is just an annoyance and not enough (yet) to make me discontinue.

Same. No burn, can just tell you have 3mg of GHKcu on board in my case.
