Started my pep research a few days shy of a month ago with Reta, down 11lb so far, 39 more to go. Decided to add GLOW to the routine for three reasons; one, I am 55 (56 in October) and would not look sideways at better skin health; two, I have a pair of nagging swimmer's shoulders that definitely impact my lifestyle and workouts; and three, general reduction in inflammation and recovery so that my increased exercise routine doesn't hurt so much. Today was day one of GLOW, excited to see what results I have.

I started KLOW a while ago, which is like GLOW with the added KPV. I honestly was only taking it to get the benefits of the KPV as I have long covid. After using it for 3-4 weeks, I noticed my skin feels a lot softer. I'm a dude who hikes, so that's not something I would normally be mindful of. But it seems to be true of my legs and my face. So I'm pleasantly surprised I guess.

Had a minor-ish ISR. Low-grade sting throughout the day, woke up with a light red circle around the injection site, no itching, the area doesn't hurt anymore. Decided to test using micro injections by pinning 1/3 in 3 locations in the same area.

Anecdotally (and more than likely pyschosomatically), felt an energy boost for most of the day.

How would you rate your pain from 1 to 10 ?
I just posted my experience with Klow and having almost 0 pain.

Count yourself lucky?!
I'm about to start my research on KLOW now as well so I'm interested in all your reports!

I definitely chose KLOW because the KPV reduced the pain/inflammation/ISR relative to GLOW, but I haven't tried it yet. I have heard that longer needles (e.g. 8mm +) also reduce pain. It also sounds like sometimes after an initial ISR people develop an ongoing reaction to GHK-Cu.

Thats all I use for Sub-Q 8mm needles. I never tried GLOW so I cant say if it is painful.

It's a 2, maybe 3 at worst. No itching, I didn't get the "Brute Enforcer Emeritus sting" ISR that I have heard others report. I will look into the 8mm needles. And will also look at upping the BAC from 3mL to 3.5mL.

Honestly it is just an annoyance and not enough (yet) to make me discontinue.

Same. No burn, can just tell you have 3mg of GHKcu on board in my case.

Ok, adding my own experience to this one--when people said KLOW hurt, I thought they meant, like, AS you inject it. I was so pleased when I did it in my abdomen, same as my tirz, and felt almost nothing, just a super faint feeling of what might be discomfort and might be imagination. Went about my day. Woke up today, and the spot I'd injected was sore, and then this evening, felt a slight itch under the skin. I had pinned the second one on the other side, and deeper, and a little bit of pain there. No itch yet, but the itch took 24 hours to show up. No lump.

Went outside to take a short, fast walk because I've had no exercise today, and that walk turned into four miles (at a good clip, and up a very tall hill at the levee), and holy jeez I feel good. Both the pain and the itch went away as I was walking. The first site still has a red oval and some VERY faint discomfort, but no itch or pain. I had it in my head that maybe a brisk workout would get my blood flowing and make the site feel better, and it DOES feel better. I also felt really strong, like I could have walked for miles more. I know all that's almost certainly placebo, but I NEVER turn down placebo effect or try to question it out of helping me.

Also, I swear to God I feel SOMETHING under the skin of my face. My face and my lips under the skin both feel faintly tingly. I hope that's either the beginnings of something happening or placebo effect, cause the joke would be on me if that was an allergic reaction.

I’m digging KLOW for real. Skin of alabaster lol. It seems to be doing some things on week 3. I’ll continue.

Oh yeah. The slight discomfort of the injection would never stop me from taking it. Sure I might do a few things to prevent the itchy sore spots that leave me with a slight bruise sometimes but even if I could do nothing and even if it was twice as painful I'm taking that shot. I would highly recommend KLOW to most people.

From both y'all's lips to God's ear. I really, really want to be pretty, y'all. I'll never win any beauty contests, which is ok cause I'll never enter any. But I'm 45 next week and perimeno is starting to tap on my door, and I'm so afraid of the end of even the dream of pretty. It's so stupid, I know TONS of gorgeous women whose change has come and gone. I had a video call with my widowed mother; she's recovered from my father's passing and is looking HOT, and I'm so happy for her and hopeful for me, because I look like her. But man, I so much wanna shoot up this blue mystery liquid and be a little bit pretty.

I started KLOW yesterday. I have been researching GKU- CU and bpc for several weeks now and I just added KPV and Tb500. GKU seems to help with my migraines. I lap swim often and today I noticed I was much less out of breath doing my timed mile swim. My times were the same but it seemed easier. My general aches and joint pain seems to have decreased also. It could be a placebo effect but I will take it what ever it is!!
