My lab rat is currently pinning 7.5 tirz and 4 reta. (There are also cycles of NAD+, Mots-c or KLOW80). Last night was the first night pinning TESA for my rat.

My weight loss has stalled the past week, the scale has gone up a little, while it's not a clear sign on its own, I was consistently losing about 1-2 pounds a week prior for several months.

My main concern is that I have been noticeably hungry, so much more hungry, and my heart rate is no longer elevated.

I have only been on reta and Tirz for about 5 months.

I feel like I'm already on a high dose, but wondering what could be going on to have sudden changes in results with the same vial. It's not particularly close to my cycle (2 weeks until cycle).

Every several weeks, I am suddenly very hungry for the kinds of foods I generally don't want to eat while I'm working on weight loss; I'm super interested in potstickers, enchiladas, steamed buns, cheese, pie, and all sorts of other stuff that I ordinarily have no problem making a "when I'm out and it's an event" food.

I gain 3-4 pounds, can definitely see that I look fat in the stomach area, and gnash my teeth/rend my garments that my meds have stopped working, this is it, everything is terrible.

Then I bleed from my lady parts and it all goes RIGHT back to where it all was before. The 3-4 pounds falls off in a day or two and I stop eating everything, and I go "Oh. hurr."

I know you mentioned it's not yet time for your cycle, but bodies are weird, and lady bodies more so. A week is just not long enough to get worried.
