sudsy peps after recon? Is this ok?

I just reconned 3 new peps; Semax, Selank, and Mots-c. First after adding bac water the Semax was super bubbly almost effervescent.
Then after having difficulty with filtering, the filter popped and the pepetide wooshed into the vial. I repeated this twice! Now Its practically sudsy.
The Mots-C had a similar experience with the filter and its now bubbly on the surface..
Can anyone tell me if this has happened to them. Or if you would use these??
The selank procedure was smooth, no filter problem, no bubbles.

it went really fast! the vials were very vacuumed.

Not with those particular peptides, but when reconstituting other peptides with bac stat water - sometimes I will intentionally slow the plunger down so the vacuum doesn't pull it so quickly. Helps with the bubbles.

When discharging BAC from the syringe into the lyophilized peptide position your fingers so you can inhibit the plunger's motion through the barrel. Slowing down the saturation and angling so BAC travels down the side of the vial will inhibit foaming.

That being said let your reconned peptides sit several minutes before filtering. The luer connection needs to be secure and tight on the syringe and filter. Filter slowly and if still encountering problems you may need to use a less fine gauge needle. Obviously using a vent needle in the destination vial makes things go smoother.

I was using a blue 23G? needle, like in the Peptesters video. Do you recommend bigger? Im worried about coring the cap. The liquid was only going in drop...........drop............drop etc. and I did add a 25G vent needle. Is that normal to be so slow?
Other times I've filtered either went much more smoothly, or became completely blocked.
I'm sure there is something I'm not catching that Im doing wrong.

Also make sure ur needle/filter is tight and locked.... I've had needles separate from the barrel during injection and blow shit all over.
