Suggestions for tightening lose skin.

My thing to fight my loose skin after my 265lbs overall weight loss ist to let the skin removed in eastern europe.
The benefit is not only not looking like a flappy something but also the removing of the fat cells in the process which leads to better success maintaining the weight loss.
 
Try making a serum of matrixyl (1 vial) with ghk-cu (1 vial ) 3mL of BAC in each . Thin mix with an OTC hyaluronic acid serum that is as clean as you can find. Apply to lose skin 2x a day . You could also substitute GLOW or KLOW for the GHK – CU..
 
Would love suggestions on what others have used to help tighten lose skin from your weight loss. I know exercise can help, but looking specifically for the belly, upper arms and neck. I'm not a young chicken, so my skin does not bounce back as it did in my youth. I'd prefer to avoid surgery if possible. Thanks in advance!
Remember too that losing weight too fast will increase muscle loss and sagging skin. Recommended loss is 1% of body weight per week. In lbs for example, if you weigh 240lbs, that would be 2.4 lbs per week. It takes longer, but the time gives your body a chance to keep up.
