I'm in the same boat as you dealing with excess skin.
I've seen minor improvements doing a few things, which looks to have helped by maybe 5-8%. But every little bit helps, right?
Along with staying hydrated and exercise, I've built the following into my routine and they've been shown to help with loose skin or at least minimize the crepey appearance:
1. Ending showers w/ cold water rinse: Cold water after warm/hot has been shown to reduce inflammation and tighten skin
2. Drink Collagen, Vitamin C, and Hyaluronic Acid supplements: these supplements have a synergistic effect that enhances skin health through multiple mechanisms
3. Stay moisturized and protect against UV: Lotion and sunscreen daily. If skin is exposed to environment it's getting sunscreen, even if it's cloudy out.
4. Copper/GH-Ku: haven't tried injections, I know these are floating around. But, there are topical copper peptide serums on the market. They're potentially not as cost-effective as getting the powder or injectables from a vendor but I'm not too far into the skincare peps rabbit-hole...yet. I just grab the peptide-enhanced serums and moisturizers from the Ordinary, NIOD, Amazon, Toosowang, Etc. and apply to my problem areas post-shower.
Hope this helps!
I've seen minor improvement but hoping the little tiny improvements each day will pay off in the long run.
Would also love to hear if people have experienced skin reduction with pep use?
