Would love suggestions on what others have used to help tighten lose skin from your weight loss. I know exercise can help, but looking specifically for the belly, upper arms and neck. I'm not a young chicken, so my skin does not bounce back as it did in my youth. I'd prefer to avoid surgery if possible. Thanks in advance!

I'm in the same boat as you dealing with excess skin.
I've seen minor improvements doing a few things, which looks to have helped by maybe 5-8%. But every little bit helps, right?

Along with staying hydrated and exercise, I've built the following into my routine and they've been shown to help with loose skin or at least minimize the crepey appearance:

1. Ending showers w/ cold water rinse: Cold water after warm/hot has been shown to reduce inflammation and tighten skin

2. Drink Collagen, Vitamin C, and Hyaluronic Acid supplements: these supplements have a synergistic effect that enhances skin health through multiple mechanisms

3. Stay moisturized and protect against UV: Lotion and sunscreen daily. If skin is exposed to environment it's getting sunscreen, even if it's cloudy out.

4. Copper/GH-Ku: haven't tried injections, I know these are floating around. But, there are topical copper peptide serums on the market. They're potentially not as cost-effective as getting the powder or injectables from a vendor but I'm not too far into the skincare peps rabbit-hole...yet. I just grab the peptide-enhanced serums and moisturizers from the Ordinary, NIOD, Amazon, Toosowang, Etc. and apply to my problem areas post-shower.

Hope this helps!

I've seen minor improvement but hoping the little tiny improvements each day will pay off in the long run.

Would also love to hear if people have experienced skin reduction with pep use?

Thank you for your suggestions!

I do ghk-cu injections for 4 weeks now, my facial skin looks amazing, wringles look less, less redness and irritation.
the rest of my body... i don't know yet ;-)
I have rosacea, would this help with that? I was hoping there might be a good skin cream out there that I could try first for my neck. Arms I know need toning and my belly skin is probably the worst area so far. I still have 25lbs to go, so I know that areas not going to get better without doing something.

Well, I have been taking KLOW, a combination of 4 peptides (GHK-Cu, KPV, BPC-157, and TB500) good for healing. I can't say definitively if its going to prevent loose skin or reverse it .. but it has done a lot to reduce my pain and other people have said that their skin is in better shape while taking it. I don't know really .. I am in the middle of losing weight so maybe its helping? I'll take what I can get.

I have rosacea, and it helps with that. But I've only been using it for 4 weeks, it takes time to improve these things.
Loose skin is all about prevention, but it's difficult to not get any loose skin if you loose a lot of weight.
