Switching from Pens to Vials – Need Some Guidance

Hey Guys!
Thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to read and help me out, I really appreciate it!

So here’s a bit about me:
I'm a 33-year-old male and have lost 110 pounds over the last 10 months on Mounjaro (currently 10mg/week). I never had insurance coverage and only recently found out about the grey market, where it seems you can get it much cheaper.


Naturally, I have a few questions, especially since I’ve only used the official Mounjaro pens and am a bit confused by the whole vial setup.


For example, if I choose “SPB Yuna” as the vendor, their price list says for Tirzepatide T30: Vial Mass 30mg – Total Mass (kit) 300mg.

If I want to stick with 10mg/week, could I just use one of these vials three times? Does it matter how many mL of liquid is in there? I’ve read about mixing it with bacteriostatic water ("bac water") — is that really necessary? I’d like to keep things as simple as possible.


Which kit would you recommend if I want to stay at 10mg/week:T10, T20, T30, or T60? Also, how long can it be stored safely once mixed?

Lastly, I’m new to crypto. I downloaded Exodus to use as a wallet, and I read that you usually need a second provider to buy the crypto, send it to your wallet, and then pay the vendor. But I saw that you can buy crypto directly in the Exodus app, is that good enough, or do I still need a separate exchange?

The kits will come in powder form. So the bac is necessary to prepare for loading into syringes or pens. I like to use 1ml or 100 units of bac for a 10mg dosed vial. Then I know when I draw 100 units, I am getting 10mg of Tirz in my syringe. When using 30mg vials, I like to load 150 units or 1.5ml of bac and draw 50 units per dose to get 10mg of Tirz for 3 uses on my injection schedule.
This is how I do it. Others may have alternate approaches.

As for the Crypto question: I have been fumbling and stumbling on different apps and my experience led me to the same conclusion that you have. Exodus is IMO the easiest way for me. I now buy BTC with Exodus from my account and pay the vendor also in Exodus. Other ways I have tried were frustrating and in some cases expensive.

Others, please chime in with any corrections you see necessary
