Switching from sema to tiirz

What does "push dose" mean? (Google was not helpful)

Increase dose range to close to or to maximum normal dose. 2.4mg per week for Semaglutide and 15mg per week for Tirzepatide.

Does it seem like people who start on sema that switch to tirz have no luck with it to yall? I don't know of anyone who started on sema, lost weight, maxxed out, switched to tirz that has had any luck.

I started Sema back in December, experienced minimal side effects, pushed thru, and by the time April rolled around I was maxxed out and had lost 35 pounds.

I was stalled so I did a hard switch to Tirzepatide in April and it kickstarted my weight loss again.
Absolutely no side effects. And I’ve been titrated up to the full 15mg and have lost another 25 pounds to this day.

I’m about to start my move to Reta.
