Switching to Tirz from 2.4mg Sema

I feel that I have plateaued with Sema 2.4g, I even thought it had to do with me keeping my stash in the freezer (I don't think it does), and I am considering switching to Tirz. Since I am on 2.4mg of Sema (max dosage), I am thinking about switching to 7.5mg of Tirz, and then eventually increasing to 15mg. I still have some weight to lose.

Just wandering if anyone went through the same ordeal, and what is your experience and advice.
