If you go to ERPs Telegram she addresses it in the announcements

Don't worry, if you whack one "Emmy", "Jane", "Andy", or "Alice", another is guaranteed to pop up out of a never-ending series of holes.

Yes and hopefully you have a valid Email address for them to keep in contact regardless of the other platforms! If I buy from a vendor that is my preferred method of order communication anyway.

I use their WhatsApp and email as a double-check.

Just translate it. Google will do it automatically. I did this with my last order that used a Chinese tracking website and it was extremely easy.

This works very so so … it’s just not nearly as clear to track…you get a couple words here and there….OR pay 10$ a week for full tracking on TRACK17 ….

All good as long as it arrives just not at simple as my last order was

Hey not the end of the world ..hopefully they make it right …I reached out to their new telegram person. Issue is the one thing they forgot was the whole reason I went the China route rather then local wherehouse

Update …something arrived 14 days but my order was not correct unfortunately.

Everything arrived in 14 days …. The only comment would be the tracking was not super clear due to need for translation… and this differed from my other orders

But all is well that ends well
