I am taking 7.5 tirz and 2 reta. I have been losing at a steady pace. I am also working out and eating right. However, I still am not getting an improvement of my body shape, I'm losing just a little bit every where at once. I've lost about 40 pounds since I started, which puts my bmi at about 40 currently, to give you an idea of my size. I want to target stomach fat, will IPA/TESA help with this?

When I started my GLP journey, my BMI was around 35. I, too, started working out. I couldn’t see the difference between muscle groups until my BMI was around 31.

Today, my BMI is 27.8. I definitely see the overall change in body composition in most places, but NOT in my midsection (although I can actually see my … feet again, so I ain’t complaining).

Obviously, YMMV, but if that gives you any sense of what to expect….

As you likely will hear from everyone on this forum, there really is no way to truly spot reduce any part of the body, even with Tesa (although there’s nuance there). You’re going to lose everywhere all at once but some places are going to be finished leaning-out faster than others (for me, it is face, legs).

Tesa was FDA approved to target a very specific condition related to midsection fat. I’ve heard ppl who have access to DEXA scans say Tesa helps reduce visceral fat, which is in the midsection, and that certainly would help.

But it all depends on the exact body recomp you’re looking for

Thank you!

FWIW, I plan on running Tesa for the first time myself. I’m definitely hoping for a bit of fat burn boost, but my real hope is that it will help me recover faster (and might help my sleep).

My first batch should be arriving today. I’m doing a group test, so it will be a couple of weeks before I tap into it.
