I have been struggling to get my adhd medicated regularly due to issues with insurance and med shortages. My apartment has been in disarray for months while this has been going on.

I am a few days back into taking teso regularly and sitting in my spotless apartment. 🥹 I am taking 250mg for the first few days to load up and then dropping to 125mg daily.

Energy levels are stable even with being on a tirz/cagri combo which can cause a good amount of fatigue. I love this stuff.

Disclaimer - ASC teso and I didn't have it tested, so who knows for sure if I actually had the real stuff-

I wish I would have felt any of the positive effects that others have experienced while taking tes. I hated it. No appetite suppression at all and I actually feel like it made me hungrier. I was agitated easily too.

Just saw your post about adding Cagri to your stack, resulting in weight loss. I took Teso for multiple months and it helped decrease my appetite. You’ll get that added benefit with the rest of your stack.

Which vendor did you get teso from?

I am noticed good benefits from it too for my adhd. I am also taking lipo-c and Nad. Yesterday I had energy almost all day. I am having some insomnia issue though. The dsip might be part of it. I dream really well and think I got more sleep than I did after just a couple hours.

I have started taking melatonin at night to help me wind down and that’s been working like a charm.
