I would say no, nothing unique about my situation.Do you have a unique situation?

The hcg would be more stable than the enclo, and shouldn't mess with thyroid but may still affect estro.Enclo kicked them in to gear. Total went to 1100 and free went to 23. Estrogen was all over the place on enclo though and may have caused some thyroid issues as well. Didn’t love not having as much control as I would with T injections.
Not sure a uro is the best way to go for what your trying to do. Some are really opposed to TRT or HRT. Your best bet is to do a LOT of research. It's not really possible for people on these forums to answer those type of questions, at least not with any true integrity. How do I go about getting to a urologist who can better manage than what my PCP currently is?
I found one that specialized in men's sexual health. It's nice paying $8 a month for my test. How do I go about getting to a urologist who can better manage than what my PCP currently is?
that's the $1,000,000 question. If you have good insurance you could start with a PCP referral. Depending on your network this may be a urologist, it may be an endocrinologist.Very interested in the process of finding a urologist? Do you have to get a primary doctor referral in order for insurance to cover it?
Orals are a newbie mistake. Avoid orals at any and all cost, due to drug-induced liver injury. Anavar (even sublingual) severely elevated my liver enzymes (481 for ALT, 158 for AST). My ALT was 10x the normal amount. And it took its time to eventually go back to normal. My enzymes were normal before. Other guys can get their lipids wrecked instead with Anavar.I can also get Anavar from my trt guy, I may try that as a sublingual pre-workout.
Anavar is pretty clean and dry, deca will blow you up like a parade float if you are prone to water retention, not to mention adding it to test will shoot your hematocrit up. Oxandrolone is way better for strength IMO, not so much for size, but as with all orals if you over do it, it can be hepatoxic. I like it! Never used it sublingual, never even knew it was a thing.Has anyone ran anything other that test?
I tried some deca for a while and it seemed to help with some lingering elbow issues. But after a while it started increasing my BP and I stopped.

Everyone reacts different to these things, I've added ox to MANY cycles over the years and never had any problems, maybe very slightly elevated enzymes at the end of a 8 or 10 wk cycle, but nothing like what you described.Orals are a newbie mistake. Least-worst option is just adding more test, instead of hopping on primo, mast, etc. You can be high for estrogen in your blood results, but it doesn't matter if the estrogen:test ratio is between 1:10 and 1:20. Another option is HCG for a testosterone boost, but it may require low-dose AI sometimes or just cutting back. Low estrogen is worse for the heart/cardiovascular system (and tendons and joints) than high estrogen.
I avoid all of it now, even TRT.
I would slowly ramp up your test until your comfortable with your E2. Some like it lower, some higher. I feel great at the top of the range. Once you push that, you can get on some Primo/Mast/EQ to combat the E2 if you don't want to use an AI. But your going to have to get regular bloodwork to see how your E2 numbers change per mg of second compound. This is when the slippery slope happens. I am going to cruse 200/200 Test/Mast this summer. I took blood work today and will post my ridiculous cycle results next week when they come in. I'll try to keep on subject and not veer off into Meso territory.Has anyone ran anything other that test?
Read the HAARLEM study. Read more studies until you get dry eyes. Or keep pretending and rationalizing you know what you are doing.I am going to cruse 200/200 Test/Mast this summer.

I'd pursue the naturopath option if I were you; I've had the best luck sorting out these types of issues with gifted NDs. Alot of blind spots in traditional western medicine. We have a naturopathic MD at our clinic. Haven’t met with her yet. Was working with a different doc but I can try her next time. And yeah, my lab panels have been tracking 80+ biomarkers. Been getting them every 3 months and trying to dial them all in.
