Has anyone else noticed that one of the ad banners at the top of this form is for someone called TFC – Alice? It's the same Alice that has locked all of their communications, stopped replying to messages on any of their platforms and has stopped shipping product. At least in my case. It's been 45 days since two separate orders were placed and paid for. I have a dead tracking number for one, and zilch for the other. So I would think about that before you place your next order.
 
Wow! I am so text focused, I realize I had never really "looked" at those ad banners!

My own 'Invisible Gorilla' moment -- like the classic experiment where people are so busy counting passes they miss the gorilla walking right through the scene!

Not an endorsement of Alice by any stretch but I know she was hammered over CNY and had hideous issues with deliveries getting snarled up/bounced back. Not sure I agree with your comments re locking all her comms. Her TG is open and the discussion on there seems to suggest things are settling back down (albeit slowly and there are still issues). Would certainly tread carefully and keep a watchful eye going forward but came across to me like it was an issue with not being able to handle capacity rather than an outright scam.

Re the banner as has been mentioned I think that just shows they've paid to sponsor and certainly isn't an endorsement of the vendor.

Is this the same TFC in the vendor connection section?
 
She is/was having major issues.
My order from early February was stopped along with hundreds of others around CNY.
Communication has been sparse and inconsistent for me, and much worse for others.
I received a note form her yesterday that had a new tracking number that hopefully will show some movement.
As a an additional bad sign, it looks like her Telegram page is now gone.

I like to hope she did not do a runner, but is just overwhelmed by a bunch of bad hits all at once. I can assume she is a one person house, reselling from a Chinese Lab.
 
Maybe it's a cultural difference, but these vendors could boost goodwill significantly if they'd just quickly respond to all inquiries with "I'm so sorry. We're unexpectedly swamped and working through things. I'll be in touch soon."

They could even hire a temp to handle this while the senior staff work on fulfillment. Westerners get really PO'd and worried about fraud when they're ignored.
 
Keep us updated.... well badmouth tf outta them until she fixes it. You can post directly on the tfc thread if youve been here a little while. There was a recent period where everything was getting returned to china around when the iran stuff started and plenty of customs hold ups. They've been here a while and had a good rep, granted things can change overnight.... post on their thread here and well see how they respond. "Strength in numbers".... would behoove her to reship rather than have 5000 members here blacklist them.

Appreciate the info and sorry that happened. I was just emailing (the email I got off one of her vender promo posts here on this site). Was considering placing an order. FYI, she did respond to my email so maybe try that? Also, she has a current promo listed in the STG Telegram which she mentioned to me in her email. For what it's worth.

I don’t think anyone with any sense would consider a banner ad an endorsement. I think what it does point out is how quickly things can go sideways with a vendor. I I completely agree about vetting your supplier. I’m even moving towards alternating my orders back-and-forth between multiple suppliers, I’ve been using that vendor for over a year and a half with zero issues whatsoever. I’m beginning to think there is a logistics problem as a whole, because there are a lot of vendors having shipping problems and I’m saying shipping times move from 10 to 15 days to 25 to 35 days.

Yeah, I don’t think anybody would consider a banner ad as a “endorsement“. I think it was more of a comment on how quickly things can go sideways with a vendor. I’ve been using her as one of my suppliers for over a year and a half and had not had a single issue.. She is back to communicating, and I do think the Orders will show up, I think it’s just more of a 35 to 40 day shipment instead of what we got used to with a 10 to 15 day shipment.

I received my order from a US location yesterday.
I took a bit, but It seems as she is on the mend
