GLP-1 Apprentice
When I started planning to go gray, I spent hours and hours for several months trying to find a web site where I could learn about getting and using gray tirz. It did take me some time to find GLP1Forum, but fortunately, I did find it. The forum has been so beneficial to me. I've had my issues with a path that I expected to be problem free. But fellow members have been helpful. Insomnia and the runs have both been issues for me. A fellow member wrote one reponse that took up a full page when I printed it out. I should have sent a direct message to that person, but I was/am still learning the ropes. I do appreciate the monitoring that Zippity Doo Dah and the other moderators peform. I know that I'm not going to get some hateful bs for a response in this group and I really appreciate that! I was a weight watcher for quite a few years. Eventually, I couldn't do that any more - I was getting horrible cases of the hangers and feeling like crap. When I let go and started eating, my weight quickly went up. Fortunately, about that time I got into small amounts of tirz and I am making very slow increases at 2X pinnings per week. I haven't lost a lot of weight so far, but I am reasonably stable - yea! And I haven't counted calories for six months super yea. I still have some things to learn and will eventually get into groups and not be trusting sellers so much. Meanwhile, I am eating things like butter on bread and enjoying it! Thanks again to fellow members and to the moderators.
