Greetings all! I have been on tirz 1 year. 10mg is the last dose that I took. Switching over to reta because it seems I have stalled and everytime I eat I get nauseous. Today I pinned my first dose of Reta. Is 2mg ok to start?

I was on 10mg of Tirz. Came off it cold Turkey and replaced my weekly jab with 2mg of reta. It did nothing so I did another 0.5mg the next day and felt much better. Everyone is different obviously but 2mg is the starting dose they are using in the trials. I’ll be going up to 4 after the 4 weeks.
