Hey everyone! I wanted to start this thread to log my journey, track my data, and hopefully connect with anyone else who’s on a similar path.

A couple of weeks ago, I finally received my R10 kit. For the reconstitution, I used BAC water from the same provider and ran everything through a 0.22µm PES filter just in case.

F23 | Height: 164 cm (approx 5’4”)
(HW): 105.5 kg (232.5 lbs)
(SW): 103.5 kg (228.1 lbs) — First dose
(CW): ~101.5 kg (223.7 lbs) — Week 2 check-in

My Goals: Honestly, I don't have a rigid, crystal-clear final number in mind yet. I only know one of my priorities is preserving as much muscle mass as possible. My immediate plan is to see how I feel once (🤞🤞🤞) I hit the 80 kg (176 lbs) mark and reassess from there. This is going to be a long road😅

Dosing History:
Week 1: 0.5 mg
Week 2: 1.0 mg

(Tomorrow is my 3rd shot, and I’m definitely sticking to 1.0 mg for the next few weeks to let the compound ‘accumulate’ properly).

Symptoms & Experience
To be completely honest, my side effects have been a bit of a mixed bag, but mostly positive:

The Good (Zero GI issues): I have had absolutely zero typical stomach side effects. No nausea, no acid reflux, nothing. My sleep hasn't been altered at all, the quality is exactly the same as before. I also haven't experienced any constipationc though that might be because I’m vegetarian and I'm diligent about hitting my daily fiber macros. Plus it's currently quite hot here in France, so I’ve been chugging water non-stop, which definitely helps keep things moving.

BUUUUT, fatigue and brain fog: This is the only real side effect I've noticed, the exhaustion and brain fog are constantly there. It doesn't matter if I get a perfect night of sleep and wake up rested; a few hours later, the heavy tiredness just settles in. Even caffeine doesn't seem to touch it🫠

I’m down about 2 kg (4.4 lbs) since my first shot, which is a nice start, even if a lot of it is just water weight or initial inflammation dropping. I'm not feeling massive appetite suppression, but yea just trusting the process and doing the work🤞

As a fellow vegetarian, I'm interested to see how you do with hitting protein goals everyday as well as trying to eat enough fibre. Been a struggle for me as the appetite suppression and feelings of fullness have been strong.

Welcome, and good luck with your journey!

For me the brain fog got better after a few weeks but the fatigue is still around.

If you don't already you might want to try supplementing some electrolytes and make sure you're getting enough water in.
