Good evening everyone, I hope all is well!

I'm making this post to simply gather thoughts on this stack I'm planning on running.

To factor one thing in, I'm 21, and 240 LBS. Strength train 6x per week, cardio 7x per week.

Been doing the Reta for a month as of tomorrow and I've titrated up to 4MG per week as of right now, considering more.
Started 5-Amino and I like the energy I get from it - at 2MG's once/day, we'll see how it goes in terms of fat loss, although it may be hard to tell with everything else.

I'm receiving two vials of 10MG Tesa tomorrow and am planning on dosing 1MG with the 5 days on/2 days off schedule, before bed.

I think I'm mainly seeking thoughts/advice on what I could change, do better, or the likes.

Thank you all very much for your time, and I appreciate all answers in advance! Have a great day/night, and again, thank you.

I don't see why you would add teso and 5 amino. You haven't even hit stable blood level for 4mg reta yet.

I think you should first find the right dose of reta. This might take another two months. It's likely you'll get all the weight loss you want.

Teso

Tesofensine works for weight loss, but it can make you aggressive/angry/anxious. It also raises heart rate, which reta does as well. Taken together, they might push your heart rate dangerously high. No one has studied the combo of reta+teso. It sounds dicey to me. If you choose to do it, monitor your resting heart rate. If you feel palpitations, racing heart, anything like that, stop the teso.

5-Amino

As for 5-amino-1MQ, it targets many different things in your body, and there is ZERO safety data in humans. It might damage your heart and liver, and it might increase your risk of cancer. You couldn't pay me to put that stuff in my body. I see no reason to mess around with chemicals like 5-amino-1MQ when we have several awesome weight loss drugs we know are safe. I suggest you stop taking it and throw the rest away. You're still young: don't mess yourself up.

Alternatives

Again, I think you should stick with just reta unless you're sure it's not enough. Find your optimum dose, and let it do its magic.

If you must add something, I would consider asking your doctor about buproprion or buproprion+naltrexone. This helps break habits like smoking or compulsive eating. There's some similarity to teso, but it's safer and more clinically vetted.

I like this stack and did it for a couple months back in December/January, along with SLU-PP-332 on occasion. No adverse side effects for me at all. I've been using Reta/Teso for about 10 months now and intend to add the 5 Amino back in as soon as I acquire some.

I should mention, I'm not using Tesofenesine. I'm using Tesamorelin.

As for your message diogens, I appreciate the concern, certainly. However, I'm getting my bloodwork frequently and there's be many good anecdotal reports on 5amino. One mans trash is another mans treasure, and it's certainly been working out great for me in terms of energy. I don't plan to take it for a long period of time, maybe 30-60 days. We'll see. Thank you for the response though.

I got some tesamorelin and ipamorelin. Haven't tried yet but it's on my schedule.

Most say it takes a month to start seeing results. Typically 2mg a day before bed a couple hours after last meal. Combine it with 250mcg of ipa for that synergistic double whammy.

But always do your own research and blast only what you feel comfortable pinning.
