From my research...it seems that the 30mg vials of tirzepatide are the most popular. Why is this? Is there another dose that is better?
I like the 60mg vials, cost lessFrom my research...it seems that the 30mg vials of tirzepatide are the most popular. Why is this? Is there another dose that is better?
It's likely based on the doses per bottle. If you are on 5mg/week, that is 6 weeks to a bottle (a little over the 28 day "recommendation" that floats around but not months long). 7.5mg/week, is 4 weeks per bottle (there is your 28 days). 10mg = 3 weeks and 12.5mg (about 2.4 weeks) and 15mg=2 weeks. Since many people are between 5-10mg for a while, it makes sense to stay in the T30 range. Once you get into the 12.5mg+ range, makes more sense to bump up to a higher content vial T40 or T60.From my research...it seems that the 30mg vials of tirzepatide are the most popular. Why is this? Yeah, 30mg just maths better for me for tirz...I have reta in 20mg for the same mathing reasons...ymmvIt's likely based on the doses per bottle. If you started on say T60, you'd be at 12,8,6,5 and 4 weeks, respectively, per bottle. Some people aren't comfortable going more than 4 or maybe 6 weeks on a bottle.
So now Im wondering do most people end up on the max does of 15mg for Tirzepatide? Or somewhere around 7.5 and 10? Thanks folks! From my research...it seems that the 30mg vials of tirzepatide are the most popular. Why is this? Is there another dose that is better?
Everyone is different and reacts differently to doses. I could barely keep anything down when I was on 2.5mg, so I stayed there for months while losing about a pound a week. I moved up to 5mg about a month ago and plan to stay here for at least a few months. You may have a completely different experience and need to move up every 4 weeks. T30 are much easier to find testing groups for, so even on my original low dose I would buy T30s and just throw it out after 6 weeks. It was still cheaper when I included the lower cost of group testing. Now I am it all and am glad I have the T30s.So now Im wondering do most people end up on the max does of 15mg for Tirzepatide? Totally agree. With most of the stuff I've read, I'm comfortable around the 90 day mark. In that instance, I could run 2.5mg/week from a T30 and I'd be at 84 days.60 mg is less expensive. I am at 10mg a week which if I use the first dose on the day I reconstitute means I would use the last dose 35 days after reconstituting. Truthfully I think the 28 day rule is bullshit. We are reconstituting with BAC water which is a preservative. I think the vials would have full efficacy for many weeks. I thought about the 120 mg vials but figured that might be pushing it a little although probably not tbh.
My observation after a few weeks on this forum is that we (myself included) tend to overthink things a little 😂. But that is part of what makes it fun so I hope we never stop.
