Tirzhelp telegram nuked.

Whatever works by you guys! The thread is a safe space for beginner questions, even if I end up being the only one who answers and have to say 'honestly... Idk look here' and give a link.

I love what's been built, I'm just so ridiculously overwhelmed when I try to contribute, I check it every day to hundreds of messages, I just can't keep up the way I can with a forum!
It def gets overwhelming at times! But we appreciate everyone who contributes/supports us, even if from afar for their own sanity lol.

I see where you're coming from. But I think at its core, it's a tirz/sema/reta place with some of the more common peps thrown in. I don't have an opinion either way, but Botox seems well outside the scope of what they're trying to build.
i get that now, and if i knew it was a rule i wouldve never brought it up. i didnt interact much but the telegram was genuinely helpful at times, so i had no intentions breaking rules lol. it was just an odd mod dogpile on me when it was another user who started the big discussion, and he was never told he was breaking the rules.

I spent a good long while answering questions via DM on Reddit before realizing I'd get myself banned. 🥲 My partner was like, an OG OG. He has a four letter username. If I end up murdered in a ditch, it's because I got him an IP ban.

I have an OG OG Reddit name, too. And another with 9 year cake day. I’m not risking either. I have a throwaway that I respond with.

😩😩😩 I’m not THAT bad!
I can't speak for anything outside of the forums, but you're usually just very blunt and reminding us where we are and where the topic started 😂 I accept the criticism without any annoyance except when it's a thread I started myself. I'm ALLOWED to derail my own threads, damn it!

Oh I actually saw the botox argument.

As a general rule, fighting with mods is a proven way to get you banned from pretty much every social media platform. Think of the kind of people who willingly go to the trouble of doing thankless work with no pay, that is also completely and utterly meaningless, with the only redeeming quality some teeny tiny bit of power of others.

And, to be more specific, while I did agree with you that botox isn't nearly as dangerous as the fear mongering that was going on there, you clearly weren't on your best behaviour, and were quite hostile yourself, to a mod. Bad choice.

My oldest is twelve years! I nuke every 3-6 months and start a new account but my original gets me access to invite only subs. I'm not trying to get back into the same subs twice a year just because of my paranoia about being doxxed! 🤭

I often envision myself hitting you with a pillow. If that helps you understand both my bluntness versus my actual level of pretty mild annoyance. I rarely get beyond pillow level. Like older big sister kind.

I try to take it in stride. 😘 You're usually not ENTIRELY wrong. I don't shut the fuck up. Like ever. I joined the forums in October and I'm in most comments both here and qa. I literally CAN'T SHUT THE FUCK UP. I deserve to be called to task here and there.

Your self-awareness is commendable. 😘

I’m also quite aware of how I come across. It’s the neurodivergence; to a certain extent, I can’t help it.
You'd be shocked to hear that irl I'm the quiet girl in the corner. Wallflower. I find the dog at every party. 😂😂

I get it all out online. I understand your frustration with me.

I hope you've also noticed I've made an effort to curb it. Again, I don't shut up, so maybe not.

Since we are kinda talking about YoYo. I saw a chat in TGhelp where you were talking with someone from Royal Peptides, They were promoting their products and you (bluntly) asked "why are your prices so high", I think they responded with their quality and great customer service and you stuck with it "yes, but why do you charge so much" I think it went back and forth a few times and you gave them no slack. It was fantastic! It reminded me of my wife when she goes in lawyer mode calling out someone in authority on their bullshit.

Yoyo got big lawyer, take no bullshit vibes.

Not even MY bullshit. Even if I wrap it up in a pretty parrot picture package.

Guilty as charged. 😀 That was the gal who was later (recently) banned that I mentioned getting into it with earlier in this thread. She was one of their reps posing as a user, and kinda stepped in it when she posted and spoke on their behalf. She’s well known for hating her competition, Nexaph and Skye. Especially Skye, it’s almost comical. She wound up lashing out at someone and going after their kids. That was the last straw, or so it seems.

I was and remain pretty sure she is the lady from Cantydes who in epic fashion lost her sh*t on here (Royal and Cantydes are the same entity, for those who don’t know).

And I fully admit I was poking the bear because I wanted her to admit it. 🤣

I spent a good 12 years admining and moderatoring forums back in the vBulletin era, including some with several thousand daily users.

I think mods and admins shouldn't expect anything different in how they are challenged on false assertions, etc. If you're running (or moderating) the place for the right reason, then you let the person argue with you the same as any regular members would.

I think this is particularly important in a space like this where people's health is on the line - unsubstantiated arguments just increase the risk.

Can confirm you bastards all give me the full Rodney Dangerfield treatment.

My hot take is that moderators shouldn't engage with the community at all. Their job is to sit in the background and act as a janitor. If they must participate, do it on an alt so that it doesn't overly centralize the conversation due to their celebrity status. It's very rare to see any discussions progress organically when one side has more power or influence over the other.

And that's where my issue with TirzHelp comes in. Their qualifier for moderator appears to be who is the most active and spams chat the most. Most of the stuff the their mods are posting is extremely low quality. And don't even get me started on the weirdo mod with the 5 ai generated photos of muscular spaniard men.

Maybe I'm naive, but I don't see that at all with EB and this forum. I think he steps in when it is getting out of hand or political but for the most part lets the drama play out. The exception is pens and carts, he does draw the line there. 🙂

BigLaw YoYo with a Pillow
My wife and I have been married for 38 years, she graduated law school about 20 years into our marriage. I saw the change in her, in how she thinks, I also found I could no longer win an argument. After a while (and a number of losses) I found it much better to just disengage - and it really pisses her off, so I win 😎!

Yeah ewb is pretty neutral

It's the crew directly from Reddit, they just brought over the same censorship that exists there.

Reddit people LOVE censorship, over-moderation, and being told what they can't say. Literally their favorite things of all time.
I came from reddit and although I like it I have been very surprised at how many times I have been censored for sharing something in the wrong forum.

Either a bot determined they were violating terms, or someone with a grievance reported the violation to telegram, so telegram shuts down the group. My money is on the guys eli Lilly has hired to monitor our little corner of the internet (hi guys, I’m sure you’re reading this). Send a scary letter from pharma lawyers and the path of least resistance quickly becomes nuking.
Agree 100%. It's Lilly's attorneys that did it and it's all driven by corporate greed.

Lilly's CEO has openly lied about grey market tirz claiming their testing showed poor purity and viruses, etc. There are hundreds of tests disproving that.

Meh, I don’t blame Lilly, they’re acting rationally within a horribly broken system with terrible incentives.
