How long does it take for your order to gat to you?
First time ordered from US warehouse... 6 days.
2nd time China.. 3 weeks. Got DHL and USPS info.
This time it's been almost 5 weeks and I only have the tracking number and when it was created.

To be fair, I've dealt with 3 different vendors. At least Jano is consistent.

I've never had an Amo order take longer than a week. One from US, one from Hong Kong.

I ordered from qsc Christmas promo, and got my stuff from China in 2 weeks. I was expecting at least a month or more

"Label Created" is usually anyone with a shipping account (like with USPS ) printing a label with no package (yet) to put it on. (I have an account/thermal printer at home and can print them all day long). It's done in anticipation of a larger order arriving from CN and being broken up to ship to individuals. It might also be created when customers ask for tracking as an appeasement. The time between creation of the label and movement on the tracking number is usually shipping/customs time from CN. (My understanding anyway)

If weeks have gone by with no movement I'd email the vendor with subject "Lost Package," tracking number/date created in the body of the email.

I recently had a confirmed order 11/6, label created 11/30, no movement throughout December and sent a "Lost Package" email 12/28. Vendor (QSC) responded same night with new tracking and I had package within a few days. Other than that one email I hadn't bugged them about my order and I sent the last email to Tracy.

Well I ordered from another vendor the exact same day as the amo order and got that package within a week. I'm not worried about the Amo package, just saying that it definitely no guarantee it will be a week.
