Hello everyone, I have been following this community for a long time, and recently I boldly registered an account. I tried to contact ZippityDooDah to add me to the Vendor Connection group, but I couldn't get in touch with him. I found that the administrator has not been active for a long time. Does anyone know the reason?

I don't know what he does for a living but it involves extended periods of time away. This is apparently one of them.

I assume you want to be tagged as a registered vendor. He is the only one who can do that, so for now there are no new registered vendors being admitted. If you post advertisements as an unregistered vendor you'll be banned, so best to patiently wait until he returns.

What do we have to do to get privs to post in Vendor Connection as a regular user? I wanted to post a question following a vendor's post, but I don't have the privileges yet. Can I track my progress towards that?

It's hit or miss. Sometimes I'm special enough, sometimes I'm not. Think it has to do with being a Research Enthusiast

I know it's obvious but asking the vendor directly is a good first indicator of how responsive they are and what you might be dealing with if you proceed with an order. Like if you ask why they've linked a test from December '23 with a current offering and they say "How many you need dear?" welcome to China
