I recently bought 30mg of tirz from a vendor before finding this forum and reading some sketchy things about it. I had my first shot last week after being on 1mg of semaglutide. I will be taking my second shot today but after the first week I had zero side effects except for extreme body soreness on the second day after the shot. Is this normal? I did not have a lot of side effects on semaglutide except for nausea. Did I get sold a smaller dosing than what it says on the bottle? I diluted the bottle with 300 units and started on 2.5mg like advised.

How much did it get tested as? Most vendors overfill and occasionally will be just at advertised dose (within a few micrograms) and rarely will be underdosed. Do you have the COA for it?

Body soreness doesn't track as a normal GLP1 side effect. Its possible that what you bought isn't safe because that sounds more like an infection. What vender did you buy from?

I was on sema before I started tirz. Started tirz at 5mg and had no side effects or really any effect at all. It could be you're already used to this class of medication and therefore not experiencing as many side effects as someone who's never taken any GLPs before.

I just went on the website and could not find the COA that matched the lot I was sent. I sent an email and hopefully they get back to me.

I was on Sema for a year, and when I switched to Tirz 2.5 mg, it didn’t affect my appetite at all. I actually gained weight during the month I was on the 2.5 mg dose. I only began noticing results after increasing to 5 mg for four weeks.
