The larger vendors seem more arrogant than the smaller sellers trying to make a name for themselves.Yes, I was trying to spend more than $1000 and ERP pissed me off to the point I took my business elsewhere.

Are you the business or the customer in this scenario of “the costumer is always right” ? I can see a customer being very biased towards this point of view. A business not so much. The Customer isn’t one guy who is thoughtful and considered in his or her actions. It’s millions of guys who are, quite frankly, often very wrong and not worth dealing with. You may have been mistreated and you may not have, I wasn’t privy to the interaction that’s left you feeling neglected. Buck up though, do what you can for yourself and soldier on!It still boils down to this and we accept it. I guess I'm old enough to still believe in it!
There are cultural differences everywhere, but I have lived and worked in China and I can tell you that these vendors are acting like drug dealers, not businessmen, even by Chinese standards.Keep in mind comms from someone who grew up in china may feel different - cultural differences. And, as stated. If ur order is $110 ur not the priority.
I had a vendor tell me to " You find it " when I asked for a price list. And yes, I should have found it.
And, you have 20 vendors selling the same product at roughly the same price. They are shopped constantly.
You really wanna feel like you’re on Reddit go to STG’s tg. I got yelled at for helping someone who got scammed because I didn’t do it right. Also got yelled at for saying dm me to someone cause we were getting yelled at for being in the wrong chat.Even the admins. The attitude is, well, spicy. I feel like I'm on a reddit sub sometimes.
That being said, this is a phase. Right now, demand exceeds supply, but when the tables turn, service will improve.

I had an interesting conversation with one of the vendors on this topic actually, where they constantly claimed that all of their errors were due to cultural differences and language barrier. It's just an excuse really, and they don't even apologize.
I want to be sympathetic to the vendors, but that's an operational issue, which any growing business needs to manage. We need to remember that these vendors are making huge margins, even more so than most US-based businesses. I do feel sorry for the customer service reps though, as I'm sure they work on commission and are working long hours across different timezones.I saw a picture yesterday from PPHK showing over 200 packages packed and ready to ship, so I can’t really blame any vendor dealing with that kind of volume. Most of them are operating from relatively small warehouses with limited staff handling messages, orders, packaging, and stock management all at once. During periods like this, where so many people are trying to get involved with peptides in one way or another, it’s no surprise they become overwhelmed, especially with how fast the market is growing.
