WARNING: ABC Allen has a lot of nerve

So I was surprised to get a message from him last night. It included a tracking number and looking up said number is showing that it was dropped off, but there's no estimate to when it will be delivered yet. He also offered a refund on the other product he didn't ship saying it's now out of stock.

I'll update when I actually have the product in my hands or crypto in my wallet.

I'm glad to hear that it appears that things will work out.
 
I’m right there with you guys. I placed an order with him before and received it in about a week. I placed another order shortly after receiving the first one, then this whole debacle happened.

After speaking with his mods, they mentioned they’ve been having an extremely hard time getting ahold of him as well, and even said he hasn’t been responding to them either.

Just hoping we all get the orders we paid for. If I have any luck getting a response from him, I’ll keep you guys posted.

I think his replying to some people is great as a start but we need to see some actual product replaced or money returned before we can say he's on his way to making things right. Would be a pretty neat trick to make a bunch of promises hoping to slowing sentiment and get people to believe it's safe to order from his new sales post.

Currently still being ignored on telegram and via email. I guess maybe starting posts like this might push me to the bottom of the "get this dude his money back" list

Well, his BTC wallet is still active, unlike SSA. He had someone drop $5k in BTC into it yesterday that was pending block chain update. He may still come around, but till then I am with others and sitting on the sidelines till Peptocalypse resolves ....

It would be pretty hard to justify ordering from him right now. Assuming he fixes things, people ought to consider whether they're willing to tolerate his delays in the future. Generally, buying from Chinese vendors takes patience. But from what's been described, using Allen requires more patience than typical I have read complaints about Allen on other forums as well; these criticisms were recent. Still before you decide whether you'd order from him again, wait to see what's happening with current orders.

He was extremely apologetic and it appears he is working towards making people whole and if so I will definitely move him back to my preferred vendors list because prior to the issues this time, his customer service was very good.

Obviously some communication along the way would have gone a long way but this still puts him way above all those vendors that just went dark and never made anything right.

You're more forgiving than I am. Let's see if he actually makes EVERYONE (and that's a lot of people) whole..
If he does, I'll give him credit for having some integrity, but not sure I'd ever give my business back to someone who handled a problem so terribly. As you mentioned, communication goes A LONG way and to just go dark without any explanation doesn't bode well for future confidence. Life happens (and will continue to happen), how you respond to it is 90% of thr battle.

If Allen makes everyone whole and you decide that you're unwilling to give him more business because you're worried that may again experience long, unexplained delays, you would be making a reasonable decision.
