WARNING: ABC Allen has a lot of nerve

So I was surprised to get a message from him last night. It included a tracking number and looking up said number is showing that it was dropped off, but there's no estimate to when it will be delivered yet. He also offered a refund on the other product he didn't ship saying it's now out of stock.

I'll update when I actually have the product in my hands or crypto in my wallet.

I'm glad to hear that it appears that things will work out.
 
I’m right there with you guys. I placed an order with him before and received it in about a week. I placed another order shortly after receiving the first one, then this whole debacle happened.

After speaking with his mods, they mentioned they’ve been having an extremely hard time getting ahold of him as well, and even said he hasn’t been responding to them either.

Just hoping we all get the orders we paid for. If I have any luck getting a response from him, I’ll keep you guys posted.

I think his replying to some people is great as a start but we need to see some actual product replaced or money returned before we can say he's on his way to making things right. Would be a pretty neat trick to make a bunch of promises hoping to slowing sentiment and get people to believe it's safe to order from his new sales post.

Currently still being ignored on telegram and via email. I guess maybe starting posts like this might push me to the bottom of the "get this dude his money back" list

Well, his BTC wallet is still active, unlike SSA. He had someone drop $5k in BTC into it yesterday that was pending block chain update. He may still come around, but till then I am with others and sitting on the sidelines till Peptocalypse resolves ....

It would be pretty hard to justify ordering from him right now. Assuming he fixes things, people ought to consider whether they're willing to tolerate his delays in the future. Generally, buying from Chinese vendors takes patience. But from what's been described, using Allen requires more patience than typical I have read complaints about Allen on other forums as well; these criticisms were recent. Still before you decide whether you'd order from him again, wait to see what's happening with current orders.
 
Allen officially reached out to me this morning and asked for my wallet address to refund my money.

He was extremely apologetic and it appears he is working towards making people whole and if so I will definitely move him back to my preferred vendors list because prior to the issues this time, his customer service was very good.

Obviously some communication along the way would have gone a long way but this still puts him way above all those vendors that just went dark and never made anything right.

You're more forgiving than I am. Let's see if he actually makes EVERYONE (and that's a lot of people) whole..
If he does, I'll give him credit for having some integrity, but not sure I'd ever give my business back to someone who handled a problem so terribly. As you mentioned, communication goes A LONG way and to just go dark without any explanation doesn't bode well for future confidence. Life happens (and will continue to happen), how you respond to it is 90% of thr battle.

If Allen makes everyone whole and you decide that you're unwilling to give him more business because you're worried that may again experience long, unexplained delays, you would be making a reasonable decision.
 
I won't rush in to give him business especially with all the other handful of pretty solid vendors filing up their us warehouses right now.
I received a tracking number a few days ago. Order arrived today. It was half of what I ordered. 2 kits arrived, 4 were ordered and paid for. We'll see if he responds and makes it right.

I feel like something we don't talk much about is that prioritizing vendors who ship quickly and keep a US warehouse (both are a requirement for me) is more of a risk-mitigation strategy and not a question of impatience. If a vendor gets raided or exit scams or something and they haven't shipped your items yet, you will lose your money. If they HAVE shipped your items but they get intercepted in customs or something, you will lose your money because they won't be around to reship. If they do that at a time when they are NOT holding your money, you are unaffected. Any vendor could get raided or exit scam or something at any time.

So a vendor that ships fast and has a short transit-time means you have a lower exposure to that risk.

You seem to be doing the right things to minimize risk. I sometimes order from Peptide Group Buys, which appears to be a low risk vendor, in my opinion. (Hopefully, I didn't just jinx them.) I also ordered from SRY. Simply due to luck/timing, I didn't get burned with SRY, although I will say that it appears probable that folks who were stiffed by SRY were not intentionally stiffed.

A US warehouse can range from a shipment en route to the US (no brick and mortar warehouse) to a storage unit near a port/airport to Mom's basement or garage where a split shipper is skimming and selling on the side on Discord. I think the biggest most common "US warehouse" is called "Label Created" somewhere between China, nowhere and your address.
 
Some folks have sent me pics of abc packages showing up out of the blue.

Allen read my reply to his offer of a refund about 24 hours ago and he has my wallet but hasn't yet made good.

I'm interested in seeing if anyone has received their promised refund.

oh yeah, I should be clear--I'm positive that most "US Warehouses" are "the walk in closet of some guy's two bedroom apartment in Philly or Amarillo or Champagne." That's ok with me.

He finally replied and said I dont know a ......... , never heard of the name. I had to post screenshots of our conversation, confirmation transfer etc. I see he read it and hasnt responded yet.
