Just when you think you have crypto figured out the networks swoop in an jack everything up. You must be certain you are sending on the same network as the reciepient. Ethereum or Solana, if not the same, crap like this happens. Either side can screw it up.
I am not new to crypto, I have used it for a decade. The whole point here is that I followed their instructions and sent them the money. The transaction id clearly shows that. In return I did not get what I paid for. This is the kicker:

The only response from Alan:

You have not heard of this network but your reps are saying they accept it and they have accepted it in the past. Pretty weak excuse.

And also this is what i sent to Alan which i think sums everything up:

I believe they can not access the money, but how is this my problem? Contact coinbase support (we believe that is where their wallet is) and get it sorted out. In the meantime, you make it right and don't wait to "find the money" before you make it right.

This is the other guy that has the same problem, you would have known if you have read the thread i already mentioned that.
Sending $300 PYUSD also? I read it, the coincidences sure line up. Come on...
I'm not going to internet sleuth this all out, but looks and smells super sus.

It's really shocking for two different people to pay the same amount.

There's clearly no logical explanation for it.

(please do not look at any of sry's recent promos)
EDIT: Posted on same day, same story, same amount, same PYUSD network, same sales agent, using PYUSD that SRYAlan doesn't even know they offer.
DIFFERENT POSTER - Logic rules the day

I'm genuinely surprised by the amount of folks siding with the vendor and/or accusing the OP of something, across multiple boards no less. In the SRY server I'm not as surprised. What in somebody's processing has them coming to those conclusions? I dont get it.

Even if they eventually make it right I can't see myself working with them. OP has gone above and beyond in presenting evidence, has cut and dry facts and admissions from them, been very patient, and they are still yanking him around. For what? $300? gtfo. Trashy used car sales level of slime.

It’s the approach. Everyone here has been aware of this complaint for a week. They JUST got Alan’s contact information yesterday and are not even giving him time to investigate and respond. I don’t know what coast of Canada they are from, but I’m confident there is a time zone difference between there and china.

He's been aware of this for 2 weeks. You can also see from my screenshots the timestamps. We gave them plenty of time to respond and to resolve this.

OP posted a screenshot in which Alan replies back to him on the 11th, then on the 17th OP follows up, than again on the 18th.

That's where I'm coming from, Alan has PLENTY of time to make him whole.

Do you know how many thousands of customers they have? I’m not dismissing the complaints. They are valid, and I would be pissed too. I’m playing devil’s advocate and saying give Alan a little more time before assassinating his character. Nothing moves fast when dealing with these Chinese vendors. People have unrealistic expectations because we are spoiled by customer centric companies here in the west.

Why is this guy posting the same thing with two different accounts? @Puzzle @randompeptoname
This trashes your credability.
No. You can see our screenshots are from different phones. We spoke to different reps. Plus you can see both our transactions on SOLSCAN if you wish.

It’s nuts the lengths people will go to defend vendors. It’s a business not a charity.

It took Alan 2 weeks to even respond to any messages of mine. I spoke to 3 different reps about this problem. You think they didn’t mentioned it to their boss? And Alan is only responding publicly now because it’s all over the message boards.

Just because you are hearing about it today doesn’t mean we haven’t been fighting this for weeks! It’s absolutely ridiculous.

You would let someone take your money, not send you a product or give you a response?! Really?!

I already stated in my previous post that I would be pissed too. Since you want to get all emotional and responsive I will be more blunt. The two of you being incessant and spamming the forum with your complaints isn’t going to solve anything. Alan is in china and he is a businessman. Their culture and business acumen is completely different than what most people are used to. The bottom line is that you are buying drugs from a grey market drug dealer. They are not going to be any more accommodating than is necessary for them to keep getting business. They probably have 6,000 customers and you are not any more important than the other 5,999.

Why didn’t you guys send a small test transaction for like $5? I’ve seen this recommendation all over the forums, telegram, and discord whenever using Crypto. I’m not saying they shouldn’t make it right but you need to mitigate your risks as much as you can.

Not defending them, the first post stood on it's own merits. The second post raises eyebrows creating skepticism and incredulity.
So what are you, husband and wife?

The two of you being incessant and spamming the forum with your complaints isn’t going to solve anything. Alan is in china and he is a business man. If he was a good businessman, he would have resolved this within a day. A good businessman does not let bad publicity hurt his business. And I am well aware of the risks of sending my money to some Chinese guy for a product that may or may not arrive as expected. However, that doesn’t mean customers should simply accept poor service without speaking up.

At the end of the day, whether someone runs a legitimate business or operates in a grey market, the fundamental rule remains the same—if you fail to take care of your customers, word will spread, and people will take their business elsewhere.

I’m not here to argue about cultural differences or business ethics—I’m pointing out that if someone wants long-term success, they need to ensure their customers feel valued and respected. That’s just basic business sense.

Did you send a small test transaction? If you didn’t, why not?

Sent SRY $300 for their promo 2 T30 kits.

The transaction is 100% confirmed on-chain, yet SRY falsely claims they never received the funds. Instead of resolving the issue, they keep giving me the runaround instead of making it right.
This is a huge red flag 🚩 and suggests deceptive or scam-like practices. If they can do this to me, they can do it to others.
⚠️ DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY! Avoid buying from SRY at all costs. Spread the word and protect others from being scammed. 🚨
Feel free to bring this up in the SRY channel in Peppys.....

I hope at least you're paid. Because if you're doing this for free then that's truly insane behaviour.
Come on man, that's the best you got?
I'll smoke any seller with a proven track record of doing wrong. Same for posters.
As a matter of fact you shouldn't be trusting ANY of these ABC sellers. If you want to buy their black market drugs at .10 on the dollar that's on you. So if something goes sideways on your fringe black market drug deal you gotta put your big girls panties on and take some accountability.
There's always Dr's, Hospitals, and Big Pharma.
Don't spend more on your drug deals than you are willing to lose. I'm repeating those words, so full credit goes to the original poster.
@TetsuNW you should go back on every one of my posts and react with the sad reaction, it boosts my reaction score.

I don't have any problem with blaming the buyer instead of the vendor, but only when it's reasonable to do so. Here the buyer appears to have worked hard to ensure that he was sending the right kind of crypto to the right place.

You're just weird.

Just to be clear, the original post was totally fine with me. Not until a new poster comes in a few hours later and their first post is red flagging a nearly identical transaction did I start calling bullshit. Make no mistake, these 2 people are in cahoots. That's petty bullshit. Make your post, provide your evidence but don't start shilling posts to support your case. This crap is all over Discord and Telegram. There's more to this. Using PYUSD for whatever reason is the common denominator.
Something went awry. This isn't Amazon. They may be strong arming the salesperson in a backroom to give the money back. Alan seemed genuinely surprised one of their agents took PYUSD. SRY would throw me and any of you under the bus to make some USD. SRY will eventually disappear like many before them and probably take a bunch of money with them just like QSC.

I said in my first post that I think the seller should make it right but it’s always best to do a small test transaction with crypto to make sure the seller receives the money and you aren’t out a bunch of money if they didn’t.
