I am not new to crypto, I have used it for a decade. The whole point here is that I followed their instructions and sent them the money. The transaction id clearly shows that. In return I did not get what I paid for. This is the kicker:Just when you think you have crypto figured out the networks swoop in an jack everything up. You must be certain you are sending on the same network as the reciepient. Ethereum or Solana, if not the same, crap like this happens. Either side can screw it up.

The only response from Alan:

You have not heard of this network but your reps are saying they accept it and they have accepted it in the past. Pretty weak excuse.
And also this is what i sent to Alan which i think sums everything up:

I believe they can not access the money, but how is this my problem? Contact coinbase support (we believe that is where their wallet is) and get it sorted out. In the meantime, you make it right and don't wait to "find the money" before you make it right.
