I liked it, but I see now I only got the first letter right. It was actually white mulberry leaf extract.

I don't know if the mulberry helped (since I started tirz the same day), but it is supposed to help with weight loss and blood sugar levels.

(They put willow bark in some dog supplements for arthritis, and we have more dogs than humans here.)

I mean.. not only do they know very little about the content.. they charge these poor suckers to have them type up and talk about the good, bad, and indifferent data that who knows who is posting.

It is like selling your soul for a couple of bucks..

I come across her videos frequently on TikTok. There’s a clear distinction between being informative, which is what most people value on the platform, and being exploitative. She initially shared knowledgeable content, but over time, her approach has shifted to something far more opportunistic. I reviewed the $40 guide she’s selling through another community I'm part of, where we had an in-depth discussion about it. Many of us, myself included, found it disappointing, incorrect and misleading. At this point, I report every video of hers I see. No regrets!
