I wonder why none of kit vendors sell kits with half of one GLP-1 and half of the other.

CagriSema is common in 5/5 and 10/10. I was gifted some by a vendor. The problem is acclimating to equal dosage levels. I'm currently at 1.25 Cagri for the past 6 months ramping up Sema to equal it so I can use the CagriSema vials (in maintenance so I can play).

Tracy (QSC RIP) offered an odd blend of 57mg Tirz 3mg Sema kits that took forever for her to sell (flash from the past ):
