I’m new to the game of peptides. Doing tons of research and hope to overall become healthy again post- Covid epidemic.
I stopped exercising due to the gym being closed and never got back once it reopened.

Recently made some lifestyle changes with diet and sleep while also attempting to pair workouts with cleaning/ hiking to help with motivation. With inattentive adhd I’m dying with excuses to do anything else.
Would appreciate any tips and tricks.

Make good use of some sort of tracker! At least that helps me get some clarity and keeps me on track. Plus I like to use the plotter to maximize the dose I need and any adjustments I may make. Peptides are life changing, and there's a lot of great information here. Happy researching. Best of luck! You got this...

Welcome!

My advice relates to possible sleep issues you may run into while on reta

Most of the time, the culprit is the calorie deficit that Reta helps you to be in which your body doesn't like, and hence struggles to fall/stay asleep

You can usually fix this by playing with your nutrient partitioning and meal timing. For instance, I find having a carbohydrate heavy meal for dinner helps me to feel satiated so I don't go to bed hungry. I also make sure to keep protein low for dinner so your body isn't burning extra fuel trying to digest it whilst you're sleeping

Also, try and cut your caffeine intake off after midday and consider supplementation like magnesium glycinate & melatonin for the duration

Best of luck!
