Hello all... Been on this get healthy journey since Feb this year. Have spinal stenosis and hypothyroid. Weight piled on over the years, went thru PT, epidurals, acupuncture, pain meds etc. Finally said I was going to treat myself in my own way and started working out with a personal trainer in Feb this year. I have always exercised so it was nothing new to me. At my doc visit in April, I was at my heaviest 230lbs and said something's gotta give. Like most of us here my body does not give up weight easily. So, although I had been resisting my doc who suggested sema 2 yrs ago, I decided to go on it. Started Tirz 4/28 and exercise daily - cardio plus weights. I have lost 30lbs so far. Have another 60 to go. Hoping to get there.
