Hey there, I'm still pretty new to the scene but have been diving head first into all things regarding peptides. In particular, Retarutide has been of interest.

I'm curious if anyone here uses a phone application to keep track of their pin dates and dosage etc. I looked around and saw some people recommending 'Shotsy'. However, that particular app has some of the better features behind a paywall. I'd really like somthing that can measure the accumulation of the GLP in your system relative to the dosage amount week by week.

Either way, what apps do you guys tend to use within this space?

I used the free Shotzy app for a couple days ad decided to pay fo the full version it was that awesome. It is the only app I have ever paid for. Tracking Tirz and Reta with it.

I made a spread sheet in Excel, dates, amounts, my weights and so on with dates. I'm also doing one on pricing that includes company name, price per vial sizes, payment methods, shipping prices.

I'm old and old school as well, but I do love me some Google Gemini. I told it to create a sheet in Google Sheets that lists everything I want: Name of peptide, strength, etc., when I reconstituted it and with how much and what, final concentration, date and dose administered, where administered, date that I received, date I put it in the freezer, and more. Then I tell it, "Yo Gemini, today I injected 1.5mg of Tirz in my left belly button area. Please enter this data in the appropriate column/row on my sheet." I don't want my info and data shared via whatever app I would use otherwise. Works for me, but I'm a nerd and have been a nerd for many, many years.

Found it when looking for info on reconstitution. It's free and you can save it to your home screen without having to create an account. Best calculator I've found too.
This is quite nice. What happens to the data? I can't find any company info or anything except links to the tools and the app.

I have all my protocols in there. When I open the app it shows me what I need to pin each day and remembers my dose. I track my weight and sleep in there too.
I have it as an app on my phone. I think they call that a web app?

As far as I can tell, it doesn't do anything with the info. One of the few I've seen that seems legitimately anonymous.

Oh, thank you. I read your first post differently. I thought you downloaded a website shortcut onto your desktop/screen, not that you downloaded the app. Thanks for clarifying! It's a nice looking tool.

Oh that's a good idea. I hadn't considered using AI to make a sheet for me, or that it could even do so effectively haha. Good thinking though.

I use Pillo. You can track a lot of stuff in the app and you can set up titrating dosages. You add a medication, make it to whatever method of application (injection, pill, etc), put your dosage required (can be injection, mcgs, mgs, units, whatever makes it easy), you can also set up titrating doses like first 4 weeks of reta at 2mg, then 3mg for 4 weeks, then 4mg indefinitely,etc.. Then you pick the frequency, everyday, certain days, certain dates (great for cycles), then pick your times for adminstering the meds. You will get a reminder for every medication.
There are other things like monitoring shot locations and stuff to aid in not pining the same location all of the time. Hope that helps, check it out.

Notes app in my iPhone. Use the bubble function to mark administered shots and empty bubbles for weight tracking. Free.

This minutae level of detail sounds right up my nerdy alley. Thank you. 🤓

I use shotsy (the free version). I recently downloaded another app that is evidently prohibited (crap, data mining?) to try out. It is free and plots med levels as well as lets you add your stash.

I did the same with my bloodwork records going back 15 years. Can't see it all very well on MyChart, so I made a separate tab for bloodwork results.

Peptide Library & tracker by superfime is the best one I've found.

I decided to use a few simultaneously for a few months to see what I prefered.
My preference is ***CENSORED APP: DISCUSSION PROHIBITED DUE TO LEGAL THREATS FROM DEVELOPER***, Shotsy, Gala GLP1.

My goofy bed tracks sleep. Sucker is accurate too. I was shocked.
My bed also tracks sleep. I don't like wearing a watch at night, so it works quite well.

Assume you have a Withings??

I use GlucoPal - meets all my needs and is super easy to use and good to look at.
