I guess the last week on YouTube, people have been saying that GLOW stack can diminish GHK-CU and recommend GHK-CU by itself. I like the idea of getting all 3 peptides at the same time with GLOW or 4 with KLOW.

A video was posted here a few days ago, checking the purity of GLOW after 30 days and then checking a vial with KLOW. I guess my concern is that by mixing all these 3 or 4 peptides, can they stay at 100% "intensity" for a while.

Not true, I have posted degradation studies done by jano on this in another thread on this forum. Zero proof that supports the mixing theory.https://verify.janoshik.com/tests/93983-KLOW_80MG_21day_degr_6CX5YA7PHJ28272839f13a67b51cb83a (1).webp

Maybe im reading this wrong, but it shows that GHK-Cu increased 0.04 at day 7 and then 0.01 at day 14 from baseline? while the other 3 are decreasing. Is that normal, i would expect to stay the same or decrease, but not increase.

I'm just not sure about injecting copper...
I felt the same way. Particularly since it is a blue liquid. I got over it when it started working and my eczema on my elbows went away completely and has stayed gone even through seasons changing, which used to be a big trigger. I know my body is happy with the stuff, so daily pinning with stingy creepy blue juice it is!

Realize that there is an error range for everyone of these tests/measurements. That is why you are seeing that. You are correct in your expecatations.

GLOW/KLOW is the shiznit. I have been taking KLOW daily, sometimes twice daily, since early November last year. My skin looks better, gut issues are way better, color is coming back into my hair and beard, inflammation is way down, and old injuries that seemed to never quite go away are fully resolved.

And I just discovered yesterday that it's great for sunburns. I got a little too much sun yesterday coming out of the winter. My face and body were beet-red; today, the redness is gone, no burn pain, and I look a little more tanned.

Interested to know what dose and your protcol? 7 days a week, once a day? How many weeks on and then how many off? Cheers

I'm hoping Physionics who is huge on soft tissue healing will eventually review the research. He seems to be one of the most thoughtful influencers in molecular biology right now. He has a lot of information on collagen and tissue healing and age related decline. It would seem to me combining his nutrtional recommendations with Ghk-cu would be essential for getting the most out of the peptide.

Love that. If you are familiar with the gut/skin connection for eczema, it seems like KPV and BPC-157 would be natural compliments

And you don't get nay negatives when you pin? Like ISR or the spicy bites most people seem to get? I'm finally going to try the blue juice this week, and plan to dilute as much as possible, but am so anxious about the sides from pinning.

I'm not the person you were replying to, but I super diluted mine. I had a 100mg vial and diluted it with 10ml. I split it into 4 vials. Essentially added 2ml of BAC, split it out into 3 additional vials and then added 2ml more BAC to each vial. I don't get a sting yet when injecting but I am only up to 1.5mg. I have on occasion had slight stinging sensation at the injection site for a little bit afterwards. Nothing I would call uncomfortable. I can just tell it's there. It's only been 10 days so far so time will tell if splitting it was a bad idea. But I am happy with it so far.

I don’t get any sides. I let it warm up to room temp and wipe the needle with an alcohol wipe so none of the juice on the outside of the needle touches the outer layer of skin, which seems to help.

Trevor is hard to listen to and even harder to drown out the self-aggrandizing noise. Ok, you're great and you're rich despite every jackass you ever met, we get it. Put down the 'roids and back away slowly. Dude.
Totally agree and thats why I added the warning, but I haven't seen many putting together the biochemistry as well. I'm not a medical professional but it makes good sense to me that many peptides are going to need other compounds present to be effective and both him and Dr Stillson frequently point these out. I use Trevors videos to get clues on what to look into and when I double check what he's saying it has always been true as far as I can tell.

I dont have a problem with sting but I did initially have issues with pain at the injection site. I moved to places that had more fat and have had a lot less issues.

Thanks for the reply! I did almost the same thing. I reconned with 3ml of bac in the original vial, then transferred that to the sterile 10ml vile and added another 3ml. I only went for a 1.5mg dose to start with and it's been about 20 mins and I can only feel the slightest tightness at the pin site. I'm hoping over the next 4 days I can move up to 2.5mg and keep at that for the first cycle.

I'll try watch the second one but TB has no credibility for me - I can't stand the guy and he actually turns me off peps TBH. I appreciate you posting the information you have. Cheers

I hear you about Trevor. He seems to have good information to share. I have a hard time hanging in to hear him all the way through. He is a good lesson in patience. Hahaha

Yes TB is a complete dose excuse the pun. He has the camera set up so he is reading off a screen with his cap covering his eyeballs, yes some of the information he presents is true factual and useful however it is mixed with cheap sales tactics and hubris. He is very hard to listen to as he shouts about giving all this information he learned off the internet for free for the benefit of the people and then drops in his membership to the black card club for 10K USD.

I've been pinning GHK-cu along with KPV daily now for about 3 weeks. I can't say for sure I'm noticing benefits other than my face has stopped breaking out (which, mind you, is a huge win), and I do want to keep using them. But now I'm doing that rabbit hole thing where it's not really a consensus on how long to use them: I've seen some folks here say they've been taking KLOW daily for months (!) and others who do the various cycles, either the blue juice alone or stacked.

I don't want to lose any benefit of the GHK especially, and am worried if I do stop for a cycle, the breakouts will return. I'm considering maybe trying a topical version to use in the interim of the off cycle, but not sure if that defeats the purpose?

Anyone been using GHK-cu for a decent amount of time care to share your thoughts? I'll likely be conservative and keep going to a 6 week cycle and then off for 4 weeks, even though I don't really want to. 😅

I did a GLOW cycle and noticed slightly faster hair growth and thicker nails. Then I read more about TB and BPC and decided I didn't need them, or at least not all the time. I also wanted to try KPV and was looking for a KPV/GHK-CU blend but wasn't successful, so I have both on order and plan to DIY.

Everyone was right about GHK-cu being spicy. I reconstituted 100mg with 12ml BAC, then when I pinned I drew up my 12 unit dose then filled the rest of the 1mL syringe with BAC. I pinned in my upper glute yesterday and burned after a while but it felt like my hip was wonky when I walked. I must have gotten too close to my hip bone. I stayed that way for a good 14 hours. Today I pinned in my upper stomach were there is plenty of fat. I injected in 3 different places and messaged it a little afterwards. Its a slight burn sometimes when I move, but not enough to deter me from continuing and titrating up. I even get a slight burst of energy afterward for an hour or so.

Yeah, that was what made me decide to go solo on the KPV and GHK-cu rather than a blend with BCP and TB. I'm comfortable with my current stage of risk aversion by using research peps as it is, but I'll wait for more human trials with those 2 before I poke.

I've been running GLOW for several months, with a couple of off cycles. My skin is much softer, and I don't have those thick, cracked calluses on my heels anymore. My hair and nails grow faster, too.

I've noticed that the improvements do decrease a bit when I'm not taking it. However, I recently saw a post by Anela(?), the doctor who created up with the GLOW protocol, in which she said that breaks aren't needed. I've heard that from a couple of other sources as well, so I'm just going to run it continuously from now on.

Oh, that's good to hear! What I might do, to hedge my bets, is just a short 2 week break and then go in again for another 6-8 week cycle. The KPV and GHK are the first daily pins of mine, and I am realizing I need more pens for the long haul. I put the GHK in the first pen I bought last week, and for prefer the ease of just switching the needles over multiple syringes.

I wish there was a really good way to know if there truly is more benefit from the added TB and BCP in the blend than just the GHK when it comes to hair and skin.
