• y a veces masa muscular

Me encantaría escuchar otras experiencias.

It averages out to about 1.8 pounds a week for me on tirz, but I'm also one of those people who will stall for 2-3 weeks then lose 5-6 pounds overnight, rinse and repeat for eternity.

That's happening to me right now; I've plateaued in my weight loss. I'm thinking of cutting back on carbohydrates for a few weeks.

that is a common phenomenon. your fat cells basically take in water as they lose the actual fat to keep the same size incase it is just a temporary food shortage and they will regain fuel when you get more calories. they can only hold water for so long though and will excrete it and shrink once its expected they will not be getting extra calories to replenish.
idk the actual term for it but its commonly referred to as the "whoosh" effect. thats why i try to tell everyone to hold for a while before upping glp doses or changing anything major to try and restart the fat loss

Fester for the first few weeks. About 1,5kg week. Now, after 6 months, its more like 0,5kg per week on 12mg Reta. But i am also quite resistent to medications in general.
For example...cagri takes 1,5mg to feel a bit.
Most pain medication to not work really.

On 10mg Tirz and 4mg Reta - about 1.5lbs/wk. I know I know. I'm titrating my Tirz down to a lower dose while getting used to Reta.

0,5 kg per week on average, tirz and reta. Sema nothing.
Perimenopause is against me, but it did add up to 21 kg, I'm happy.
What is your current body fat percentage? It looks like a reasonable weight loss.

I really don't know ! I'm female and went from 86 to now 65, but I still have fat rolls, lol.
Want to do a dexa at some point.

1 Kg in the first 2 months with tirze, now 0,5 kg/w after 8 months using 5mg/w reta (max dosage with tirze was 7.5 mg7w)

👏👏👏👏

according to shotsy my weekly average loss is 2.4lbs. However that was more like 3-4lbs a week in the beginning and .25lbs now. Closer I get to goal the slower it's going. I went from 205lbs-150lbs in 4 months and 150-145 in 5 weeks, much slower now.

Shotsy is showing 1.6kg/week on average, across 15 or so weeks so far.

I am six weeks in and at 3.75 tirz, it looks like I am averaging 1.6 pounds a week. Feels slow but I know it is the best way too go.

Currently 10 weeks in. We started a lowered carb deal when we started Reta. Start at 2mg, currently on 5mg. It's been right about 2.5lbs/week for me. My wife won't step on the scale.

I'm in my 9th week, and for the first 4-5 weeks I was on a low-carb diet, but I had to increase my carb intake because I was literally exhausted. My workouts dropped significantly, I wasn't sleeping, and everything felt awful. Although, the fat loss was faster. Are you managing the low-carb diet well?

We are, still getting carbs, just good carbs. I still have a few beers a days because I like it, so no literally killing myself, and still enjoy life. No issues I can think of with it.

I've been averaging a little over 2lbs per week, but that includes those first couple weeks of fast weight loss. I think it's closer to 1.5/week now. I've done 2 scans with the methreesixty app which have really helped me visualize the actual changes in my body. It's helping me avoid getting too impatient

~1kg each week with low to none exercise ~ 2 kg each week with 7 days of sports and max 800cal food intake

I am in week 50 of Tirz...

first 10 weeks: 2.1 lbs/week 245 to 224
second 10 weeks: 0.9 lb/week 224 to 215
third 10 weeks: 1.2 lb/week 215 to 203
fourth 10 weeks: 0.5 lb/week 203 to 198
fifth 10 weeks: 0.7 lb/week 198 to 191

Currently stalled in the 190-191 range for the last 6 weeks

In the beginning it was around 1 kg in average for a couple of weeks, 0.5 kg later. But I was in my normal BMI when started. Lost 15 kg on GLP-1 (and 15 kg prior taking GLPs). Now my weight is 55kg and it's stable for a while (BMI is 18) . Fat percentage around 17 %. I 'm female in my early 40.
