Title says it all, we all know about nausea and acid reflux, but what have you experienced with Tirz that may not be an "official" side effect, but you swear came from it?

I myself noticed increased nasal drainage from about week 2 on, and am now experiencing some lymph node swelling in my left jaw area. Seems others have experienced this too based on a Reddit search, but there isn't much talk of side effects here. I could just be getting sick, who knows. Keeping an eye on it.

I've had some eye things happening, mainly feeling like my eyes are really dry or vision is blurry sometimes. I also have had a constant eye twitch under my left eye that seemed to get worse after I started sema - I switched to tirz as of two weeks ago and the twitch still happens but its less now? not sure if lack of sleep or glp1 was the issue.

I have read of a few incidents of eye issues on Tirz, a recent study however concluded that it was not possible to link them together and in my opinion the study is incredibly weak. That's just to say eye issues are not entirely unheard of on GLP-1 meds but seem to be getting investigated. Too early to tell and that goes with all side effects if I'm being honest, the meds are just way too new to know anything concrete/long term.

Personally touch wood no side effects to speak of. I have friends who are on Tirz who talk of fatigue and lack of energy, and one who has stomach pains for only 1 day after injecting but I truly believe both of those things are due to a lack of good nutritional choices while on the medication.

Dry eyes related to dehydration seems to be super common, and eye twitching can be caused by that as well. Keep up on electrolytes and water and it should improve.

I’m one of those lucky ones who barely had any side effects, just some occasional constipation. The biggest change for me has been mental - my mind feels way quieter on Mounjaro. Never had a mental health diagnosis or anything, but I just feel super calm. No anxiety, and the little stuff doesn’t bug me like it used to.

By biggest side affect right now is that I struggle to eat, looking at food its like looking at a piece of cardboard.
My appetite is gone, at 2.5mg and even 5mg I used to eat now at 7.5mg I cant even look at food. But I wont quit.

I'm loving 6 mg of tirz right now. Hopefully I can lose weight still on it. But no more fatigue, diarrhea, or having to remind myself to drink fluids. Will raise it 0.5 mg each week until the sides come back. But I don't think I can do 10 mg again for long.
