Hi everyone,
I’m curious to see if there’s a pattern in how these different builds are reacting to Reta.
These are the different body types and hybrids:
-Ectomorph: Lean, long limbs, fast metabolism.
-Mesomorph: Athletic, naturally muscular, broad shoulders.
-Endomorph: Stocky, wider frame, slower metabolism.
-Ecto-Mesomorph (The Lean Athlete): Small joints but builds muscle well; looks fit with minimal effort.
-Endo-Mesomorph (The Powerhouse): Naturally very strong and muscular, but carries a higher body fat percentage and struggles to get "shredded."
-Ecto-Endomorph (The "Skinny-Fat"): Small frame and thin limbs, but tends to store fat specifically in the midsection with low muscle definition.
Which type or hybrid are you? How has Reta impacted your body composition?
I think I'm Endo-Meso and just started reta this week.
