Where do you draw the line? Clinical vs. Ancient vs. Biohacking?

Too many supplements and drugs out there, so I just rely on clinical data to reduce that number. I monitor blood work every 2-3 months.
Agreed to many choices, even things that are far worse than what’s discussed on this board.

How many different peptides do you use? I am only on Reta for the moment. But have used BPC, TB, Mots-C, DSIP, gHK-cu, and brief stint with HGH.

I use retatrutide and tesamorelin. I've bought most of the ones you listed to try, but felt silly using them after some time, because I wasn't sure of their efficacy in humans. Retatruiide, HGH, and tesamorelin have extensive clinical data behind them, that I can read upon.

I have watched as my mom has tried to stay ahead of the aging process all my life. She exercises, maintains a whole food diet, takes supplements, uses all kinds of homemade/ancient remedies, and at the age of 79 decided to jump on the peptide bandwagon without letting anyone know. She doesn't take any prescription regularly and her biggest concern in to not be a physical burden on her children or grandchildren. She comes from a family with heart issues and either she is adopted or her lifestyle has kept her healthier than her siblings. She isn't against modern medicine--she just wants to take care of her body and not be a physical burden on her children and grandchildren.
I think that has colored the way that I approach health and aging and I hope it will serve me the same way it has served her.

It's bad but I draw the line at what works for me. I have an ultra skeptical view of academia, the state, and big industry. it's almost like if they say something I m so tempted to do the opposite. My own family history with med issues has forced me down this path... I know that Reta, BPC, TB500, MGF, IGF-DES works for me so I will use those.

Seems like a great example she set for you. Thanks for sharing.
