I have watched as my mom has tried to stay ahead of the aging process all my life. She exercises, maintains a whole food diet, takes supplements, uses all kinds of homemade/ancient remedies, and at the age of 79 decided to jump on the peptide bandwagon without letting anyone know. She doesn't take any prescription regularly and her biggest concern in to not be a physical burden on her children or grandchildren. She comes from a family with heart issues and either she is adopted or her lifestyle has kept her healthier than her siblings. She isn't against modern medicine--she just wants to take care of her body and not be a physical burden on her children and grandchildren.
I think that has colored the way that I approach health and aging and I hope it will serve me the same way it has served her.
