Which peptide gave you real, noticeable results?

Yeah, I've always heard that NR has the best actual science behind it and seems like a strong fit mechanistically. TruNiagen is the biggest brand of course.
I like it, but it is bit pricey, so I take 500 mg daily. It's a subtle difference, but the biggest tell is that I can tell when I don't take it. The research is pretty compelling as well. Many RSs say that NAD IM or SQ is a blast of energy, but I don't really need that, and the manufacturing process makes it open to Endos. I find Mots-c gives me plenty of clean energy. That's the one I stuck with after finishing the 14-week protocol. I don't get ISRs or a histamine reaction so obviously that helps. I recently ordered a couple 50 mg kits via GB because I plan to keep it in my toolbox.

I feel Reta/Tirz the most. I go think I am getting benefits from CJC & IPA and BPC combo as I am not getting sore after my lifts. Not sure about the NAD, Mots, SS-31.

Thats really Amazing it healed so much for you. Is your pain much better because of it too?
Yes, a lot of the pain went away. I do have some muscle imbalance in the area that I need to work on but fixing this tear helped me move forward in terms of progress and the sharp pain was gone

I‘ve had shoulder pain when raising my right arm for a whole year, 4 weeks of bpc-157 + tb500 literally resolved my pain.
It's like your body wasn't healing, just keeping your injury at par. Been there, done that....fuck that lol

PT141 - Took a few times to figure out right dose. Once I did, I can confirm it does work. BUT, even that benefit and stuff I get like a groggy feeling the next day or so. Kinda of like a lingering cold that only last for the day post dosing. So for me the benefits don’t really push me to use it because of how I feel afterwards.
what PT141 dose ended up being the sweet spot for you?

Tirzepatide and Selank, so far. The Tirz is very quickly apparent because you need to use the 🤢 emoticon first couple of days. Selank is a lot more pleasant. But I am also losing weight on the Tirz, now that I am over being sick all day. Tirz also lowered my BP more than any BP meds, in less than a month.

GLPs work, obviously, but also absolutely ruin my life from the anhedonia. So the “noticeable results” are weight loss combined with suicidal depression and panic. Not worth it for me.

BPC-157 did not work for my tennis elbow.

NAD+ Not sure if it’s one where you’ll outwardly notice much?

Semax - I’m pretty sure this is helping me. I feel decent with some calm energy.

The last thread on peptides that didn't work had some interesting patterns.

I think it would be interesting to hear the opposite:
What peptide actually worked for you?
What did you notice and how long did it take?

For me, I noticed results from reta within the first week and I have been steadily losing weight
Reta worked very well for me with minimal side effects. Tesamoralin also worked well but had significant water retention.

Im glad I came across your post...I also have lack of motivation big time on reta but not as severe as depression ive read NAD is a powerhouse and a precursor to Gsh. I want to try it. Semax now, this looks promising. You mention calming...I thought selank is the calming nootropic and semax is foralertness, energy, focus?

For me, stacking Reta and Tirz has worked the best. Tirz worked better than Reta, for me, but the stack has been working very well for me. 2 months for the stack so far and it has been great. The only real issue for me, is my allergy to dogs has become worse. I could be around them for longer before I would have any kind of reaction and I am getting hives much sooner now. It is still more than worth it to me.

So far I only used BPC 157, it helped with relieving prostatitis symptoms substantially, also had great effect on my tendon injuries too. I'm very, very grateful to the guys from Zagreb university who 'discovered' BPC and made research on it, and also the people popularizing it.

I also tried TB500, it didn't help, but the manufacturer was very probably a scammer.
What about PDA vs BPC 157? I thought about buying a kit of it vs the combo BPC/TB. I noticed my nagging injuries did go away with the combo. Thank you in advance!

Hey man. I heard SLU can't be injected because when it's reconstituted.... I don't remember the chemistry behind it BUT the potency of SLU becomes dramatically less.

The pills are the way to go.

But why don't you use NAD+ anymore?

BAM15 is also recommended in pill form alongside

I'd be interested to see the research on that as slupp works really well for me. Especially cycled. I stopped using Nad as I did an experiment and stopped using it and my energy levels didn't decrease. The only thing that messes up my energy levels is if I eat shit food. I might try BAM but right now, I'm down near 30kgs since Jan so see no reason to add, unless I went on trt and hgh.

I don't see a reason for using an arginate salt version, if this is what you are referring to. I did use the arginate salt capsules by what was then called DNA Health (they changed name later), this helped with soft tissue recovery (tendons in particular), but was expensive, and I only used it for 2 months, so can't comment on prolonged use effects -- I didn't see profound changes (in prostate health) I experienced later with lyophilized vials of standard form of BPC 157 (by Nexaph, too bad they don't ship to EU anymore) -- I used it sublingually with great effect. The arginate salt version should be 'enhanced' to be better absorbed by the gut, but the BPC 157 is extracted from human gastric juice, its innate feature is its exceptional stability in the human digestive tract -- no point in making it 'more absorbable' than that.

I am on Tirz, 10mg. Systemic Inflammation from autoimmune condition flares greatly reduced, some weight of course, pain from arthritis is reduced but still flares, pain and inflammation from getting hit by a full load semi has decreased significantly. Little less brain fog and the neuro inflammation from long covid has also reduced. Oh, and doctor suspected IBS, that has improved over the last few months. Eczema gone. Not clinching my jaw/grinding my teeth. Hair stopped falling out, is less brittle, nails stronger. I believe that is from my gut inflammation calming allowing me to absorb more nutrients and food staying in my system longer than 2 seconds. Perimenopause is far more manageable.
I noticed a small but measurable difference the same day with inflammation and bloating.

I’m looking to add Klow in the coming weeks and hope it will help with pain. I also have hEDS so hoping this will help. I love lifting weights.

Eventually will try Reta.

Tirz, Selank, Semax, KPV, BPC, GHK-cu, SS-31,
Pinealon (although not a fan - makes me sweaty and hungry..),
NAD (although not a pep),
SS31, EPI....

Basically everything did what I thought it would. And will likely stay in research rotation.

Prob easier to call out the ones that I felt did very little or nothing ....5-amino 🤷‍♂️
Yeah 5-Amnio is "meh"

Tirz has been incredible for me. I'm also taking oral BPC to help with IBS and GERD issues.

Not sure if it's the Tirz, BPC or a combination of the 2, but my gut issues seem to have really calmed down over the last few months.
Replying to myself as an update.

Still taking Tirz, it's still great. Dropped the BPC after 6 weeks, none of my IBS or GERD issues have returned so far (pretty sure most of that is from weight loss/Tirz).

Added 5mg Tadalafil daily (I know it's not a peptide), another wonder drug IMO. Great pumps in all aspects of life.

Added Tesa/Ipa (10mg/3mg) 2mg nightly. It's only been about 3 weeks and I haven't noticed anything physical yet. However, since the first pin, I've been getting better sleep and having crazy vivid dreams, which has been fun.

Biggest one I found to help was triz, that has just been amazing. It helped with me not crashing out if I don't eat every 2 hours. I am currently on 6mg split dose and love it. I also take PT-141, KLOW and MT-2. I like them all. Mots-C actually made me hurt so I stopped taking that.

Currently thinking about CJC 1295+IPA, Glutathione, Retatrutide and Tesamorelin.

I've had inconsistent results with Reta. Like I get full easier but not noticeably longer. Food noise is still definitely there. KLOW has worked wonders. I had surgery to remove a huge mass and I started taking it 2 weeks post surgery and now im back to working out heavy sets. Hair got thicker and skin definitely seen some improvements.

Just started Glutathione, Sermorelin and Epitalon so ill see if I get any benefits from those soon.

I have also done this some la rosche posay face cream and I can definitely tell a difference on my face. It feels so smooth. I have some ahk coming that I’ll be mixing with HA for my hairline.

To add to OP. KLOW and Reta have been great for me.
Update please for the hairline

GHK-Cu has made my skin sooooo soft and my healing is actually normal now! Bruises used to last 2+ weeks, now barely a week. DOMS are not as severe (though I am very fatigued in the gym; I suspect I need to eat more and watch macros more closely). Pain from disease is not nearly as bad. Not sure if this is reta/tirz or ghk but I'm starting to have LESS emotional blunting. I'm starting to feel things that I haven't in over half a decade; such as frisson from songs, and being moved to tears by things I used to be.

But by the gods I can't stop touching myself, this is so nice lol I'm so soft again!

Reta has been great for the beer noise, but can't go above 2mg a week. At 4mg I get insomnia which killed the weight loss regardless of calorie intake. That was a bad week! I don't think that is a common side effect but definitely something to look out for.
I start with BPC-157 orally and that was great for GI issues cleared up IBS in a week.
Wolverine stack injections in my elbow and knee have made improvements for my golf elbow and arthritis in the knee as I lift wights.
Started 8mg MOT-c daily before exercise and have had some amazing results with the amount of weight I can lift. DB bench press went from 40 to 60 lbs in a week. My personal best for last 10 years is 65. I have worked out off and on for last 10 years never consistent and have never seen results like this. I am turning 62.
Been struggling with GHK-Cu welts but think the dilution I used today may finally work for me concentration of 2 mg/ml and I inject .5 ml. It came in 3ml vial and has 68mg so required multiple dilutions.

SS 31. Gave me so much nice energy. Amazing

Klow gave me really nice skin... for some GKCU doesnt do much though

HGH gave me great gym sessions but my source no longer carries it

CJC IPA no DAC is amazing for my sleep. I need to decide what I want more, better gym or better sleep
