That's AWESOME!!! That is no minor matter. Fantastic. I'm down 70 pounds and at my goal weight. I wish I could say it's been life changing, but my other health issues are front and center. However, it is nice to be at the proper weight.

3.bpc- keeps my joints…. Acceptable through training

Still new in the peptide space, just put ghkcu kpv in but to early to tell, would like to try nad+ and ss31,

Also using 5 amino 1mq but only at 5mg twice a day and I think the dose is too low

Personally tic tok, Facebook, Instadumb all make it seem like whatever there talking about is the best. 20 or Olds telling 50yr Olds how things work best etc... anyways.. while sure theres smart 20 yr old but I feel experience in years plays a bigger factor in whom id choose to belive.

Then theres bioregulators which is a new ballgame of sorts and many work very well for people.
I think for peptides when people first start them like day 1 its physiological "the feels" though some may be true. I also think people take peptide often at the wrong times, they just listen to a bro who sounds like understand it better then them and goes ahead with it. Many of us are guilty of thos aspect haha.

However once you stsrt really understanding what peptides do in the body and there roles, mostly all of them are help to someone at some point.
Many gym goers are looking for anything to give them more muscle so they dont need steroids so to speak, there simply isnt a peptide thats going to work like say Testosterone or Trenbolone in that muscle growth sense.
