Who does QSC use for shipping?

Who does QSC use for shipping? I requested a tracking number. Tracy (or more likely a person who works for him) WhatsApp'd me back with a tracking number but didn't mention the shipping company.
 
What did you order? QSC just straight up ignoring me after taking my money. Not unexpected given the black friday rush but still.

Wdym ignoring you? You paid, provided shipping info... next step is for them to send you tracking info.

Thanks. I had never heard of 17 track, but apparently it provides tracking information for all the major carriers. https://www.17track.net/en . The carrier is YunExpress.
Another good site to use is https://parcelsapp.com/en - they also track all major shipping companies.. and they "remember" last few tracking numbers you tracked.. so you don't have to look for it each time you want to check on a shipment

They usually get back to you eventually. I sent an email a week ago asking for a tracking number, they replied the next day telling me they'd have one by this week. I sent another email today reminding again for a tracking number and they replied quickly, sending me one that was created 7 days ago... so I think they just struggle with the volume sometimes.

I had read that with QSC, I should wait a week after ordering and then request a tracking number. I kind of followed that advice and WhatsApp'd Tracy 5 days after sending payment confirmation. (I heard that whether you use email or WhatsApp with QSC, stick with whatever communication method you started with for that order.) The day after I requested tracking information, I received the tracking answer. Lethargic customer service seems to be expected from QSC based upon the posts I read here and elsewhere. QSC often has the lowest prices, does always deliver after taking your money, and generally does well in testing. However, you should consider the bad customer service before picking QSC as a vendor.
