Who does QSC use for shipping? I requested a tracking number. Tracy (or more likely a person who works for him) WhatsApp'd me back with a tracking number but didn't mention the shipping company.

Thanks. I had never heard of 17 track, but apparently it provides tracking information for all the major carriers. https://www.17track.net/en . The carrier is [edited to remove the name of carrier].

Yeah, I'll bookmark a few shipments in my bookmarks bar once I get them lined up on the webpage. And check them daily-ish. Handy way to keep tabs on shipments.

Another good site to use is https://parcelsapp.com/en - they also track all major shipping companies.. and they "remember" last few tracking numbers you tracked.. so you don't have to look for it each time you want to check on a shipment

They usually get back to you eventually. I sent an email a week ago asking for a tracking number, they replied the next day telling me they'd have one by this week. I sent another email today reminding again for a tracking number and they replied quickly, sending me one that was created 7 days ago... so I think they just struggle with the volume sometimes.
He got his own special section on the new forum that shall not be named by wishes of the guy who owns it.

I had read that with QSC, I should wait a week after ordering and then request a tracking number. I kind of followed that advice and WhatsApp'd Tracy 5 days after sending payment confirmation. (I heard that whether you use email or WhatsApp with QSC, stick with whatever communication method you started with for that order.) The day after I requested tracking information, I received the tracking answer. Lethargic customer service seems to be expected from QSC based upon the posts I read here and elsewhere. QSC often has the lowest prices, does always deliver after taking your money, and generally does well in testing. However, you should consider the bad customer service before picking QSC as a vendor.

i'm a type B personality and things like:
it's been 2 hours and they haven't replied yet
i don't have any tracking yet
it's in customs and i'm woried i'll get jail time
will they come to my house or arrest me at work?
my freezer is -19 degrees, should it be -20 for my peptides
i dropped my peptides are they ruined?
its 99.4 pure and needs to be 99.5 should it throw it away?
drive me nuts.

almost every carrier can be identified from the first few characters of a tracking number, now you’ll never need to ask this question again, you can search google which company has a tracking number that starts with x
