On 8 different peps. 10 different supplements. Running Testosterone and Primobolan. Eating all my protein, consistency to the max. Losing a half pound a day. Gaining muscle. Feel powerful and energized, super locked in. Weighed in for the day at 195lbs.

Then one fateful day... Father's Day, he says he wants sushi... We go and it's the first rice and high dose of sodium I have had in almost 2 months. Don't eat much, still in deficit. No biggie, super thirsty though. Drink like 4 bottles of water. Feel super bloated.

Next day, wake up get on scale... 211lbs!??

Found that my body didn't know what white carbs or lots of salt meant so it decided to lock in all the water in my body like a nun's butt in Vegas. Since Father's Day it still hasn't relented. Consistently gaining more water weight by the day. Weigh closer to 220 now. Still exercising, 15k steps in a calorie deficit. Feel like a giant water balloon about to pop. Oddly it makes pumps in the gym much more satisfying and easy though. Waiting for the mythical whoosh effect to hit and all the water to drain away. The scale is a lie. I feel leaner despite the bloat. Just hope that I pee it all out before someone decides to poke me with a large needle or throw me at a passing by white T-shirted college girl.

Anyone else have this happen to them?

Hahahahhahahaaaa as a Vegas local, I appreciate the nun's butt reference

I can hold on to 10 pounds of water so easily....when I feel like this, I switch my diet...and lean heavily into liquids, smoothies, and soups....Green tea is my goat, and always seems to whoosh away my additional water gain within a day. I also utilize fasting protocols if it gets really bad.

I hope some of these tricks work for you, good luck and keep us posted

I will try the soups and green tea. I am a big tea snob and have been drinking white tea as of late.ill make the switch and see.

Something I have seen work for patients with edema is to juice an entire 4lb watermelon and then drink the juice 1 liter per day. A weird and mostly unknown aspect of watermelon is it's a diuretic. Worth filing away for future reference.

drop sodium, do all the right things and it will come right off. Get rid of the water retaining peptides.

Water retaining peptides? Im doing Reta, MOTSC, 5 Amino 1MQ, NAD+, Glutathione, SS31, KLOW, Thymalin, Semax, hCG, hGH. I can understand hGH but I won't give it up its the most important one next to Reta. I don't see how the others have an effect though. I assumed it was because of the steroids I am taking, plus the salt and carbs I am not used to.

The testosterone and primobolan is fairly new, so I assume my hormones are a bit out of whack to spice it up a bit.
