Wrong order ?

Hi , I ordered from an established vendor from here and received totally the wrong order with no products I am using including vendor BAC with a value of about 150 dollars less than I spent .
I won’t name them because :
I have the no source discussion banner still and also they have not responded yet .
What I am interested in as what the forum members would do in this situation ie expectations from the vendor to make right as this has never happened before ( first time trying this vendor ) . Will I be expected to ship this back at my own expense , will they refund me or ship a new order etc etc

You keep it and they send the right order or refund your money. Never try to send back product to a vendor. It's on them.

Going forward, with all grey purchases, make sure you record opening the package first. This is irrefutable evidence that will come in handy. That being said, what the vendor does is entirely up to them really. For example, T from Q would literally just LOL and move on. The nicer ones will most likely resend the missing products.

Whatever the vendor says correct will mean. You can't evaluate anything until they respond and propose a solution. Don't panic, just let it play out and don't worry about it unless something becomes worrisome.

update : the vendor say they will ship me a new order which is great
They have then told me they have suspended all shipments due to customs issues so will have to wait - not so great . They are still taking orders here and advertising specials so I will see if they are going to make it right or not .

Final update I hope , new order shipped today . Cannot fault the customer service tbh .
