I honestly can’t say enough good things about Guangzhou Xinlai (XL) Peptides. Their service is on a completely different level. The shipping is consistently fast, every order arrives exactly when they say it will, and the packaging is always spot on.

Here's my review: Paid for order Feb 28, received USPS tracking a few days later, asked for intl. tracking was told there was none, only USPS. Communication has been ok, but as of today, according to XL Sofia, package has not even left China yet 23 days after payment. It will still have to (hopefully) clear US customs so who knows when I'll see it. There are MUCH better options out there IMO. I would not use them again.

Here's my review: Paid for order Feb 28, received USPS tracking a few days later, asked for intl. tracking was told there was none, only USPS. Communication has been ok, but as of today, according to XL Sofia, package has not even left China yet 23 days after payment. It will still have to (hopefully) clear US customs so who knows when I'll see it. There are MUCH better options out there IMO. I would not use them again.
So an update: Still no package, still has not left china, still refuse to reship or give a refund. Totally in limbo, BUT.... They are sorry, very sorry, and truly sorry as you will see. Here are some of Sofia's responses to my inquiries of my order: Ordered Feb 28, This response Mar 11:
I’m very sorry. Yesterday I asked the logistics team to check your package, and it is still being arranged for a flight. Mar 14: Hello, your package underwent customs inspection in Hong Kong on Saturday and is expected to be released next week. Mar 18:
Hello, your package has passed the port inspection and has been released. It is now waiting to depart, and is expected to move forward next week.
Mar 25:
Your parcel was released from China-Hong Kong customs inspection on the 24th and is now awaiting transit.
I am truly, truly sorry for the long delay in shipping.
Mar 27:
Yes, I'm truly sorry. Your package has not yet arrived in your country. It was returned to China due to an unexpected issue during transit, so we have already reshipped it for you.

Please rest assured that customs inspection does not take this long. I will keep a close eye on your package's logistics information and update you immediately as soon as there are new developments. Mar 31: According to the logistics department today, your package has crossed the port and is pending warehouse handover — we are pushing for it. As the package has already been dispatched, a refund is not possible at this stage. We truly apologize. April 1:

I’m just a sales representative at the company and have no control over the logistics team. So as you can see.... They are extremely SORRY!!!
 
Here is my review of XL: I placed and paid for my order on January 30th for shipment to a country right next door to China. I was told the expected delivery time would be 3-7 days. My order was shipped on February 5th and it was not delivered in the 3 to 7 days stated. The order was not delivered until February 27th, 22 days from the date of shipping. I kept in touch with the vendor throughout but the updates from their logistics partner were almost non existent. The only positive thing I can say is that the salesperson was very nice. I can't say anything good about their logistics partner. The vendor apologized many times but that did not pay for the several extra days of extended hotel stay I had to pay $$ out of my own pocket to wait for my order to finally arrive. There are much better options out there.

So as you can see.... They are extremely SORRY!!!
This is the latest and last update: Package is still in limbo, not delivered but XL finally did agree to a refund which they have since done and made it right. They gave an extra $100 on the refund I guess to compensate for the wasted time and logistical errors involved. Sofia is a good communicator but that only goes so far when nothing else is functioning properly.
 
EDIT: their refund just cleared. They even added $30 to it.

Here is my review - 3.5/5 stars. Just because of long delivery window and customs fiasco.

Place order on 3/16. Tracking label created on 3/18.

4/7 - I was messaged that my order was seized by customs. Offered reshipment or refund. Opted for refund. Could not get it back in BTC (my original payment method “because supervisor does not have that much in their BTC balance”). Gave my USDC sol address. I’ll update if and when the refund is processed. I hope I’m not out $400…
