Went to Aldi today to get some shopping in and went past the Xmas food aisle and my attention was drawn to a gorgeous looking round Xmas cake which I bought last year and ate the whole thing in one go!! Did try to put it away for another day but the food noise got the better of me and had to eat it all BUT today I glanced at it and felt nothing no got to buy that felt nothing at all and happily walked away to the next aisle
Just shows you what these glps can do for us and I bless the day I discovered Mounjaro although I spent nearly 4 months researching it I finally started on 7/2/2025 and so far have lost 40lbs with zero exercise at all ( I know I need and will start soon) I’ve got 20lbs to go and I can finally wear the clothes I bought years ago and never got to wear due to being too small. I probably don’t need to buy new clothes for years to come but at the age of nearly 79 my clothes may outlive me!!
