The bank accounts aren't frozen, but when they get temporary blocked on bank request due to a large flow of bank transfers especially the ones that contains irreponsible messages mentionning illegal goods and stuff like that, the transfers that aren't confirmed by us are systematically refunded, and the refund in the banking system is via the original route, which can take few days for some banks, and up to 4-6 weeks for some others. That's the US/EU system that has nothing to do with us.

I ain't getting rich thanks to your pitiful $130, everyone gets his order, no one gets scammed with QSC.
Posts like this won't speed up the process, but just make you look like a clown.

Considering SM's user base, I think Stairmaster should consider banning QSC just to save new users from themselves. QSC should never be anyones first purchase.

People that order from them expecting them to operate like a US vial seller or a half-dozen other Chinese sellers are going to be disappointed and frustrated every time. Should they be banned here? Probably not, when people come here to voice their concerns about QSC not communicating or taking too long to ship or being treated like crap by Tracy, the community tends to lambast them.

If you set your expectations low enough, QSC is fine. You are gambling with every CN purchase, the risk/reward with QSC is just a little higher.

I mean all you need to do it order, pay, and wait. people make this so much harder than it needs to be.

Exactly. I’m no grizzled veteran and couldn’t find a crypto wallet if my life depended on it.

But I’ve done 4-5 progressively larger orders over past year totaling $3k or so, and have had zero real issues.

Twice my product sold out, once they refunded once I agreed to a substitution. Once I was confused by different color top and got plenty of return emails until I was satisfied.

Each time my products arrived within 2-4 weeks and have been what expected.

Zero issues, essentially.

The people who have issues almost always did something to bring it on - transposed an account number, waiting a month to follow up after being told selection sold out, sent via wise using wrong selection, etc.

I’ve yet to see anyone truly scammed. Yet fishstick acts like expecting wholesale customers to be easy and experienced is a punishable crime.

Luckily there are many options, why he/she/they won’t just fuck off and quietly enjoy them is beyond me.

For what its worth I have had little to no issues with the communication with QSC even as a first time buyer, though I will admit the bank issues happened right after I placed my order and I was worried my order would be impacted due to it since I did bank transfer.

But I checked in with QSC yesterday, waited a day for a response and was told it shipped already. I only placed the order back on 12/24 or so during the end of the Christmas sale. im expecting 2-4 weeks shipping and handling time.

Really contact with QSC is just slow. Not nonexistent as so many people say. You are probably just annoying as fuck. Try leaving all your questions and info in one set of messages at once so they can read it and get back to you, and be nice. The assistant on the other end is still a person after all, probably with a family, bills, worries, and dreams just like you and me.

I am personally not sure if I will order from QSC again, not because of any specific issue, but just because they accept such limited payment options, and I honestly have no interest in dealing with crypto exchanges which are just a major scam. That being said I am a broke ass bitch so the prices really cannot be beat.

It’s just goofy when people demand bans of a vendor for acting exactly as they always have because whatever expectation the Karen has created themselves are not being met. Qsc is what it is, and is not making promises of anything else. They set expectations appropriately and then deliver accordingly. They are not scamming, it’s a Karen move to say they are because you want them to change their established methods. The non-Karen move would be to find someone who does meet their expectations and shop there instead.

The chatgp did say you had a lack of empathy. I’m going with that part being spot on. 😂😂
